The best prebiotic soda flavors taste like delicious fruit and soda, not watery vinegar. By this standard, Poppi flavors rule. This is the brand you should be buying if you’re looking for a prebiotic soda you actually want to drink.
We tried all the Poppi flavors that are currently available to find out which are the most delicious. Lucky for us, we ended up liking all of them! I’m a little skeptical of the actual health benefits of prebiotic sodas, but I can’t deny that Poppi tastes good either way. This is the only flavor of Poppi I didn’t enjoy. It just tastes like your run-of-the-mill diet soda and it certainly does not taste like Dr Pepper. Dr Pepper is my favorite soda so I was really disappointed by this. Skip Doc Poppi and buy literally any other flavor of Poppi.

- Cherry Limeade

Cherry Limeade is a little too cherry forward for me. I wish there was more limeade involved. Cherry fans, however, rejoice! This has a bold flavor you’ll enjoy if you’re already super into cherry.

I love Coke. I hate Coke knock-offs (and I’ve had a lot of them). This is one of the best “cola” flavored things I’ve ever tried. It genuinely tastes kind of like Coke! It’s not as good, but for a probiotic soda, it’ll do.

- Watermelon

Watermelon is, well, watermelon! This has a nice, slightly candy-ish watermelon flavor that you’ll enjoy if you like watermelon-flavored things. That being said, I don’t love watermelon-flavored things and I thought this was still one of the more delicious, if not one of the best, Poppi flavors.

This is the best non-soda soda I’ve ever had. It really shocked me. It tastes like root beer! Put this in a frosty mug and you’ll be extremely happy enjoying this with a burger. Good job with this flavor, Poppi!

Orange Poppi has an excellent, genuine orange flavor. It’s very nice and simple. It’s like if orange soda was subtle. This is definitely one of the best prebiotic soda flavors out there.

- Strawberry Lemon

Strawberry Lemon is really nice. It’s sweet and citrusy and a little tangy. It tastes like a delicious drink and not a drink with purported health benefits. Don’t get confused, though. This isn’t strawberry lemonade. It’s strawberry lemon. The strawberry is more prominent and you just get a nice hint of lemon.

- Ginger Lime

Ginger Lime is like a moscow mule seltzer. Speaking of moscow mules, this would make a great moscow mule if you added a little vodka. It certainly doesn’t need it, though. It tastes delicious on its own. It’s bright and gingery and mildly sweet. I will definitely be buying this Poppi flavor again.

- Raspberry Rose

This is the best Poppi flavor. It is so light and sweet and refreshing. Rose-flavored drinks are often so floral that they taste like air freshener. This, on the other hand, is perfectly balanced. You could casually drink this in the car on the way to Target or you could have a glass of this in place of wine during a nice dinner at home. It doesn’t really matter where you drink it. Just drink it!

I love the Raspberry Rose flavor! It’s the only poppi I’ve tried so far and I don’t think any of them could be better than this one. It’s definitely going to be my summer drink!
