What were the best new M&M’s we tried this year here at Sporked? Can you even believe that I got paid to ask and answer this question? From bakery-inspired flavors to honey roasted peanut and more, M&M’s definitely got busy in 2025… but two of them outshone the rest in our eyes. Let’s take a look.

- White Chocolate Marshmallow Crispy M&M’s
-
White chocolate M&M’s can be a gamble, but these absolutely paid off. Obviously, they’re going for a Rice Krispies Treat vibe, which they definitely nail with the crispy rice center—but we also likened them to the movie theater candy Buncha Crunch. The marshmallow flavor is definitely in-your-face bold, but it makes you savor each one. They’re sweet and nostalgic without being boring (which can be a fear when it comes to white chocolate M&M’s), exactly the kind of comforting flavor we needed to help get us through 2025.

- Lemon Meringue Pie M&M’s
-
Look: These don’t perfectly replicate lemon meringue pie, but they don’t need to! The bright lemon tang paired with creamy white chocolate and a crispy rice center (we’re two-for-two on the crispy rice center here) makes literally every bite interesting. That vibrant tang definitely gives lemon meringue, but we do wish the center had more of a pie crust crunch going for it, quite honestly. Sorry to give notes while also handing out the gold medal here, but that’s kind of our whole job. Still, amazing work, M&M’s. These don’t roll out until January 2026 (we got an early taste), so we can’t wait for the rest of the world to get to try them in the new year!
