Crumbl is celebrating the first week of March with an all new Biscoff cookie, plus a few returning fan favorites. Let’s plan out your week of cookies. Here’s all the Crumbl Cookies of the week, arranged by when you should order them.

Monday: Strawberry Biscoff Cookie

Start the week with Crumbl’s newest meta cookie. This warm cookie is made with Biscoff cookies. It has a “melty center,” according to the brand—does that mean cookie butter?—and it’s finished with a crunchy topping and strawberry cream cheese frosting. The frosting is mixed with real jam and topped with a slice of strawberry. There’s a lot going on here. It’s a hell of a way to kick off a Monday.

Tuesday: Galaxy Brownie Cookie

There’s nothing groundbreaking about this brownie cookie, but it sounds like the perfect 4 p.m. treat. You get a warm brownie cookie covered in fudge glaze, topped with rainbow candies. Go ahead and grab a glass of milk. You can still do that as a grown-up, you know.

Wednesday: Cinnamon Square

Here’s a Crumbl treat you can have for breakfast. It’s a warm cinnamon “square” (kind of a cakey, cinnamon roll-esque confection) swirled with brown sugar butter and topped with vanilla cream cheese frosting. Kick off your hump day with one of these beloved babies and then spend the rest of the day bothering everyone by calling it “hump day.”

Thursday: Oreo Cookies & Cream Thin

It’s Thins Thursday at Crumbl! This week, the titular Thin is an Oreo Cookies & Cream Thin. It appears to be a thin chocolate cookie (probably packed with Oreo cookie pieces), drizzled with an Oreo creme-inspired icing.

Friday: Sea Salt Toffee Cookie

Let’s end the week with a real cookie cookie. This warm cookie is studded with toffee and milk chocolate chips, and topped with flaky sea salt. Cookies topped with flaky sea salt are always the best cookies in my book. It’s the perfect way to finish the week on a high note.

Justine Sterling

Hi! I’m the editor-in-chief of Sporked. I will never turn down a fresh-shucked oyster but I’ll also leap at whatever new product Reese’s releases and I love a Tostitos Hint of Lime, even if there is no actual lime in the ingredients. Why you should trust me: I have been writing about food and beverages for well over a decade and am an avid at-home cook and snacker. I began my career writing about fine dining and recipes, moved into cocktails and spirits, and now I talk about groceries. If you can eat it or drink it, I’ve probably written about it. What I buy every week: Trader Joe’s dried okra. Appleton Farms prosciutto from Aldi. Some sort of Trader Joe’s cheese (I’m into the aged gouda at the moment). Frozen waffles (usually the Eggo Cinnamon Toast Minis). Spindrift water (loving the Cosmopolitan right now). Favorite ranking: Smoked salmon. Imagine me as Scrooge McDuck but instead of coins I’m diving into a vault of slippery smoked salmon slices. Pure joy. I also found some real steals in that taste test! Least favorite ranking: Canned oysters. I had such high hopes for this but it quickly became a chore. The kitchen smelled like an uncleaned aquarium.
