CEOs are everywhere, guys. There’s no escaping them this year. Ever since the McDonald’s CEO went viral for all the wrong reasons for his awkward bite of the new Big Arch burger, the heads of countless fast food and grocery businesses have gone public with their response. Costco’s Ron Vachris was the latest one, posting a subtle riposte by taking a big ol’ chomp of his store’s famous hot dog – but CEOs move quick, and now it’s Raising Cane’s’ turn.

Looks like Todd Graves has decided to take the high road, though. The CEO and founder of Raising Cane’s has just celebrated the opening of its 1,000th restaurant, and while doing so, he told the world what his favorite secret menu items were. Thank god, ‘cos we were wondering.

Sandwich on Toast Is the Way to Go

During the opening of the Hollywood restaurant, Graves sat down for a conversation, in which he revealed that his favorite secret menu move is to grab a “Sandwich on Toast,” which replaces the standard burger bun with Texas toast. As you’d expect, this gives the sandwich way more crunch and just a touch more butteriness. We love both of those things. It’s not a mess-free way to eat, but where’s the fun in that?

Graves also pointed out that Naked Tenders are a pretty popular secret menu item. This is pretty much exactly what it sounds like: Raisin Cane’s tenders made with no breading. We do have to admit that this sounds slightly less enjoyable, but if you just can’t deal with another breaded item in your life, then it’s good to know that they can make it.

Raising Cane’s Secret Menu: Short, But Efficient

Graves didn’t do too much revealing of the other secret menu items that you can get at Raising Cane’s, but he didn’t need to – because we can bring them to ya. The restaurant’s secret menu is far from lengthy, and it doesn’t quite advertise them in the way that somewhere like Starbucks does, but there are still a few fun ways that you can amp up your meal. You can hack your Texas toast by asking for butter on both sides, request that your chicken tenders be made extra crispy, or ask for honey mustard in place of its standard dipping sauce. This last one is only available at participating locations, just FYI.

Are you gonna be eating like Graves? To be totally honest, his menu item of choice sounds like a smash. Now, we just need him to get into the trenches with his own viral response to keep this CEO war going, and we’ll be golden.
