Oooooh, we just love it when Costco brings out shiny new things. Thankfully, right now, it’s doing that at quite a lick. Costco brought a bunch of new items to its stores this week, including its all-new Kirkland energy drinks, and it’s made us feel warm and fuzzy about the mega-corporation all over again.

Now, if we needed any more reasons to sing the praises of Costco, we’ve got one more. The store is bringing back its Tiramisu Cold Brew Cheesecake, and honestly, we’d like to eat little else but this for the next 10 years. We know that’s not exactly a healthy choice, but c’mon — it looks good. Here’s the lowdown on this dessert.
Costco Tiramisu Cold Brew Cheesecake
Costco’s Tiramisu Cold Brew Cheesecake was an undeniable smash when it showed up on shelves last year – and we get it, we really do. This cake starts with a cocoa graham cracker crumb crust, upon which a coffee-infused cheesecake mixture is adorned. It’s then crowned with a whipped topping and sprinkled with cocoa powder, for a one-two punch of presentation and flavor.
It looks rich and hearty, and it tastes like it, too. Costco’s Tiramisu Cold Brew Cheesecake has a gentle but clear coffee flavor, and although there’s no booziness in it, it still has an ample punch of sweetness that makes up for it. The cheesecake weighs in at approximately 4.5 pounds, so it’ll give you more than enough for everyone at your party (but if you did want to just squirrel yourself off with a spoon and go to town on it solo, we really wouldn’t judge). The cheesecake is priced at $22.99, but this is dependent on location.
Are People Happy? You Bet They Are
When @costconewdeals confirmed this cheesecake’s return, fans of it were practically falling over themselves to rush to the comment section and express how pleased they were. “I had this last year and it was wonderful! It is a very rich dessert, perfect for special occasions,” said one comment, with others stating that they need to track it down right this very second. And you know what? We do too.
Costco’s no stranger to cheesecake, and it makes some really good ones, so we’re not surprised that this tiramisu-flavored version is a smash. We voted its Kirkland Signature 12” Cheesecake as the best you could find at the grocery store, giving it a 10/10 rating in our official taste test. Elsewhere in the dessert sphere, it’s got a new Lemon Custard Pie that we’d really love to get our hands on. Fancy sending us one, Costco? Go on. You know you want to.
