The store is bringing back its Tiramisu Cold Brew Cheesecake, and honestly, we’d like to eat little else but this for the next 10 years. Costco’s Tiramisu Cold Brew Cheesecake was an undeniable smash when it showed up on shelves last year – and we get it, we really do. This cake starts with a cocoa graham cracker crumb crust, upon which a coffee-infused cheesecake mixture is adorned. It’s then crowned with a whipped topping and sprinkled with cocoa powder, for a one-two punch of presentation and flavor.
