Cringe or cool? You decide…

Videos by Sporked

If you’ve got a kid, or any kind of access to pop culture, you’ve probably heard of the nonsensical (and at this point overused) “6-7” meme. Well, now Perdue is hoping to use it to sell you some chicken nuggets to stuff into your kid’s mouths… presumably to stop them saying “6-7.”

And it sure seems like Perdue realizes how forced these nuggets might be, since their press release starts with the admission that, “Yes, it’s a little cringe. Yes, the kids who started it may have moved on. But if you have a Gen Alpha at home, you know: it’s still everywhere.” And if you have to start saying something’s a little cringe, it’s usually REALLY Cringe.

So what the heck are 6-7 Nuggets?

They’re pretty much just what you think they are: chicken nuggets shaped like those numbers. Although, they describe them in slightly fancier terms as “limited-edition, panko-breaded chicken nuggets shaped like the numbers 6 and 7.” These “100% all-natural chicken nuggets” will be fully cooked, and priced at $7.24.

Perdue also says they “may deliver six to seven minutes of quiet at mealtime.” (Sigh.)

Where can you get ’em?

These nuggets will be available exclusively at 3,000 Walmart stores across the U.S. starting Friday, May 1, 2026.

If you can’t wait that long, they’re also offering “67 lucky winners” (double sigh) the chance to win a free bag of these nuggets before they hit stores.

From April 16 through April 27, you can send in your name, email and mailing address at perdue.com/67giveaway to try and get those nuggets. (You can find more info and the official rules at perdue.com/67-nugget-giveaway-rule-and-regulations.)
