If you’re important at work, you might not want to eat Crumbl’s newest limited time menu in public. People might not take you seriously if they see you joyously scooping up chocolate fudge frosting with mini brownies and then showering them in sprinkles. But are the new Brownie Dippers at Crumbl worth the risk? I tasted them (in private, at home) to find out.

First, a quick rundown of what you get: Each order of Brownie Dippers includes a cup (a big cup) of little chocolate brownie squares absolutely covered in powdered sugar. You also get a little cup of chocolate fudge frosting and another of chocolate sprinkles. The idea is you dip the brownie into the frosting and then into the sprinkles for an interactive treat.
Pros: The brownie bites are so moist and tender. They’re soft and gooey and the perfect balance of sweet sugar and dark chocolate, with just that hint of saltiness all baked goods need. The frosting is super fudgey. It really does taste like soft, scoopable chocolate fudge. And the sprinkles are as good as any chocolate sprinkles can be. Enjoyed together, you are beset with a deluge of chocolatiness and a good crunch from the sprinkles. It’s intense!
Cons: The brownie bites are so moist and tender that you can’t really dip them into the frosting, they just fall apart. Instead, I chose to spoon the frosting onto the brownie, then dip it into the sprinkles. It’s not quite as fun of an experience as I was hoping for because of that—it’s not Dunkaroos 2.0. However, if I have to choose between a firmer brownie that can hold up to frosting or a tender, moist brownie that will fall apart, I’ll go with the latter. Also, it should go without saying, but this is for chocolate lovers only.

How can you get the new Crumbl Brownie Dippers and for how long?
You can find the Brownie Dippers at Crumbl locations across the country—but not for long. They’ll only be available through April 25. That doesn’t mean they won’t come back, but you never know how long it will be. Snag them while you can.
Hi! I’m the editor-in-chief of Sporked. I will never turn down a fresh-shucked oyster but I’ll also leap at whatever new product Reese’s releases and I love a Tostitos Hint of Lime, even if there is no actual lime in the ingredients.
Why you should trust me: I have been writing about food and beverages for well over a decade and am an avid at-home cook and snacker. I began my career writing about fine dining and recipes, moved into cocktails and spirits, and now I talk about groceries. If you can eat it or drink it, I’ve probably written about it.
What I buy every week: Trader Joe’s dried okra. Appleton Farms prosciutto from Aldi. Some sort of Trader Joe’s cheese (I’m into the aged gouda at the moment). Frozen waffles (usually the Eggo Cinnamon Toast Minis). Spindrift water (loving the Cosmopolitan right now).
Favorite ranking: Smoked salmon. Imagine me as Scrooge McDuck but instead of coins I’m diving into a vault of slippery smoked salmon slices. Pure joy. I also found some real steals in that taste test!
Least favorite ranking: Canned oysters. I had such high hopes for this but it quickly became a chore. The kitchen smelled like an uncleaned aquarium.
