Teachers Can Get Free Food, Cookies, Pizza & More This Week

Teachers deserve HUGE raises, paid summers, and unlimited supplies (including snacks), but since we can’t personally fix most of those, we can at least show up with some good food deals for Teacher Appreciation Week.

Teacher Appreciation Week runs May 4-8 this year, with National Teacher Day landing on May 5. And thankfully, a bunch of fast food chains and coffee places are stepping up with actual freebies and good deals. (I’ve already disparaged the somewhat lackluster Mother’s Day deals happening this weekend, but I digress.) Let’s take a peek. 

Fast Food, Coffee, and Sweet Treat Deals for Teachers 

Unless otherwise noted, these deals run from May 4-7! And yes, they are specifically for teachers—bring your school ID!!!

• Raising Cane’s: free 22 oz. drink (tea or soda) throughout all of May!
• Chipotle: Teachers (and healthcare workers) can enter to win one of 100,000 free entrée e-gift cards as part of a massive giveaway running through May 12. 
• MOD Pizza: BOGO on MOD-size pizza or salad
• Pizza Hut: This one is a little more involved, since Pizza Hut is asking you to verify your credentials through this link, but once that’s squared away, you can get 30% off large pizzas all month.
• Domino’s: You can get a large 2-topping pizza for just $8.99 all week (May 4-8)!
• Starbucks: 15% off drinks all week (May 4-8)
• Shake Shack: free ShackBurger or Veggie Shack with purchase 
• Potbelly: free cookie or regular drink with the purchase of an entrée
• Buffalo Wild Wings: 20% off dine-in orders for teachers (runs from May 4-10). 
• Capriott’s: 20% off in-store orders for teachers!
• Whataburger: free breakfast entrée (like a Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit or Breakfast Taquito) on May 7, from 5-9 a.m.
• Krystal: 50% off breakfast combos throughout the week (May 4-8)
• Pancheros Mexican Grill: $2 off an entrée through the app during the week
• Grimaldi’s Pizzeria: 15% off orders (May 4–8)

• McAlister’s Deli: free iced tea for teachers during the week (May 4–8).
• HTeaO: 50% off tea throughout the week!
• Insomnia Cookies: BOGO cookies and discounts on larger orders (plus some locations offering freebies).
