Sara Lee Sweet Moments Cheesecakes Might Be On Their Way

Sara Lee desserts may not be the highest-end way to end your meal, but when you need something easy, quick, and relatively affordable, they can 100% hit the spot. The frozen dessert brand makes one of the better frozen pumpkin pies out there, and its cheesecakes are – sorry! – pretty good! In fact, we’d go so far as to say they’re some of the best out there. And why would we say that? Because we’ve tried them all, that’s why.

So, when we caught wind of the fact that Sara Lee had a new mini cheesecake line in town, we were chomping at the bit to discuss it. Introducing Sara Lee Sweet Moments, which will soon be coming to a store near you. We’re ready.

Sara Lee Sweet Moments

Sara Lee’s new cheesecakes haven’t had a lot of fanfare from the brand just yet, but as Parade reported, the listings for these new products have quietly appeared on the Sara Lee website. As such, we can assume they’re about to arrive imminently, or at least, in the near future.

We hope they do, because to be honest, they sound pretty good. Sara Lee Sweet Moments are (so far) due to come in three flavors:

Strawberry Shortcake: A strawberry cheesecake filling sits on top of what looks like a strawberry-flavored crumb, with the cake topped with a strawberry syrup – and even more crumb to finish it off. Yum.
Lemon Blueberry: The same layering concept applies here, with a crumb base, a lemon cheesecake filling, a blueberry topping, and a crumb sprinkle for a final garnish.
Fudgey Brownie: Chocolate lovers, this one’s for you. A chocolatey base, a chocolate cheesecake filling, chocolate sauce, and – you guessed it! – a final topping of chocolate crumbs.

And How Mini Are These Mini Cheesecakes?

Well, that depends on your definition of “mini” – but they’re definitely smaller than your average pie. Each Sara Lee Sweet Moments cheesecake weighs in at 189 grams, and the company is marketing them as single-serving affairs. We definitely think that you could split one of these into two, but that’s only if you’re in a sharing mood. And let’s be honest: So many of us aren’t when it comes to cheesecake.

But They Aren’t In Stores Just Yet?

Not as far as we can see, no. Searches on Sara Lee’s product locator come up short for the Sweet Moments cakes so far. We can only hope that Sara Lee is working on getting them out as soon as possible, because we wanna try ‘em.
