Dunkin’s not been short on summer action. A couple of months back, it dropped its summer menu, and in the lead-up to the season actually arriving, it’s been across other aspects of its business, turning its refreshers into drink mixes and giving out free totes. Now, though, it’s focusing back on what it does best: Food. And drinks. And collabs with toy franchises.

That last one might not have been what you expected it to do, but it’s doing it: Dunkin’s collaborating with Barbie on a new line of drinks, and it’s not doing things by halves. Let’s check out what’s going on.
New Drinks!
Arguably the biggest move in this collab is the new Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam, which Dunkin’ says is a limited-time topper “that adds a playful pink finish and sweet, creamy strawberry flavor to a variety of iced beverages.” Although a cold foam might not seem like a big deal, Dunkin’ is, in effect, creating a new suite of drinks with it, by combining the topper with its current flavors to deliver the following:
- Ultimate Pink Daydream Refresher: pink nineapple flavors with oatmilk and Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam.
- Double Strawberry Daydream Refresher: A strawberry dragonfruit and oatmilk base, with the new cold foam on top.
- Pink Mango Daydream Refresher: mango pineapple, oatmilk, and Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam.
- Pink Cherry Daydream Refresher: black cherry flavors, oatmilk, and – yep! – the foam.
- Strawberry Cloud Matcha: creamy sweetened matcha infused with vanilla, and topped with pink cold foam. with vanilla flavors and topped with Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam.
- Strawberries & Creme Cloud Dunkalatte: A combo of espresso, coffee milk, vanilla, and… drumroll please… Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam!
- Almond Strawberry Shortcake Iced Coffee: Iced coffee with French vanilla and toasted almond – and we’ll give you three guesses as to what it’s topped with.
If that wasn’t enough, Dunkin’s also introducing a Pink Pineapple Refresher, made with pineapple, raspberry, and hibiscus. It can be made with your choice of base and sweetness levels. And…they’re all available now!
New Events And Merch!
Ever wanted to visit Barbie’s Dreamhouse for a dance party (hopefully without the thoughts of mortality that Barbie experienced there in the Greta Gerwig film)? Well, now you can! As part of this collab, Dunkin’s also launching a Dreamhouse-inspired store takeover in NYC, starting on June 10. You can head in, grab your pink drinks, take your pictures, and (Dunkin’ hopes) tag the store online.
Plus – plus! – Dunkin’s also got a new piece of merch with this collab: The Barbie Pink Pineapple Cup. You can grab this thing, which looks exactly what it sounds like (like a pink pineapple, complete with leaves on top), starting June 12 at participating locations. A lot going on here!
