Crumbl is celebrating Dad this week with a whole slate of Father’s Day-inspired Cookies on their always rotating menu. Some of the highlights include a Root Beer Float cookie (which we highlighted back in March when it was in development) and an “Everything But The Dad Jokes” Cookie.

Today, we’re taking look at a cookie inspired by an activity that is a favorite of many Dads: Grilling! Introducing the “Cookies & Cream Grill-It Cookie,” as Crumbl describes, a “cookies & cream skillet cookie topped with a swirl of chocolate cookies & cream mousse, finished with a semi-sweet chocolate grill design and gummy bears on a skewer.”

As with the rest of the Father’s Day menu, the Cookies & Cream Grill-It Cookie will be available through this Saturday, June 20th. Crumbl was kind enough to send us the lineup of the Father’s Day cookies and we’re trying the Cookies & Cream Grill-it Cookie. Is the Grill-It Cookie worth picking up for yourself? Let’s find out!

Cookies & Cream Grill It Cookie

Pros: This is such a beautiful cookie presentation-wise. The gummy bears on the skewer “laying across the grill” make for a very fun looking cookie. Taste wise, this has very strong “dirt pudding” vibes, particularly in bites that include the gummy bears. The skillet cookie is very dense and flavorful. I’m not particularly a huge chocolate person and I loved this.
Cons: The cookie is very, very dense and very very sweet. This may not be a con for you―but I cut the cookie in half when I was doing this review and the half was more than enough for one sitting.
Verdict: If you grew up loving dirt pudding cups as a child or are a fan of cookies and cream flavored desserts, you’ll be a huge fan of this. Maybe Crumbl will consider offering this as a mini cookie next time.
