Avocado lovers, this is the day you’ve all been waiting for! National Avocado Day is back on July 31st and restaurants everywhere are celebrating with free guac, BOGO burritos, discounted burgers, and plenty of other avocado-filled deals.

The best part is that not every offer is limited to one day. Some restaurants are kicking things off early, while others are keeping the party going into the weekend.

Chipotle

Chipotle knows exactly what fans want and this year that means giving away both chips and guacamole. On July 31st and August 1st, customers who buy any entrée through the Chipotle app or website can get a free regular Chips and Guac by using promo code AVO2026 at checkout. The deal is available once per eligible order at participating U.S. and Canadian locations. Kids Meals, catering orders, Burritos by the Box, and third-party delivery aren’t included.

QDOBA

QDOBA isn’t handing out free guacamole because, well, guac is already included with its create-your-own entrées. Instead, the chain is celebrating with a much larger reward. Rewards members can buy one entrée and a drink, then get a second entrée of equal or lesser value for free on July 31st and August 1st. The offer is automatically added to members’ Rewards Wallets, so there’s no coupon hunting required.

Moe’s Southwest Grill

Why wait until July 31st? Moe’s Southwest Grill is kicking off National Avocado Day early. From July 28th through July 30th, Moe Rewards members can get a free side of guacamole with the purchase of any entrée. The offer can only be used once, but that’s still one less reason to skip the guac.

Del Taco

Del Taco is making sure avocado fans stay full all weekend. From July 30th through August 2nd, customers can buy one Epic Fresh Guac Burrito and get a second one free. For anyone already planning a Del Taco run over the weekend, this might be the easiest deal to take advantage of.

Pokeworks

Pokeworks knows avocado belongs on poke bowls, so it’s giving customers an extra scoop for free. On July 31st, guests who purchase any entrée can receive a complimentary scoop of avocado. Customers ordering online or through the app can use promo code AVOSUMMER, while in-store guests can simply order with an eligible entrée.

Tocaya

Tocaya is keeping things classic. Rewards members who spend at least $15 on July 31st can score free chips and guacamole with their order. If fresh guac is already part of the plan, signing up for the rewards program could make the meal even better.

Meijer

Meijer shoppers can grab extra-large avocados for just $1 each when buying seven or more eligible avocados. Different qualifying varieties can be mixed and matched, making it a great excuse to stock up for homemade guacamole, avocado toast, salads, or sandwiches.

Fuzzy’s Taco Shop

Fuzzy’s Taco Shop is rewarding app users with one of the simplest National Avocado Day offers around. On July 31st, rewards members can receive free chips and guacamole by ordering through the app and entering promo code AVODAY during checkout. The promotion is available for in-app, in-restaurant, and to-go orders, making it an easy add-on for taco night.

Farmer Boys

Farmer Boys is skipping the guacamole and putting the spotlight on avocado instead. VIF (Very Important Farmer) Rewards members can save $3 on the chain’s signature Farmer’s Burger between July 31st and August 1st when ordering online or through the app. The burger is topped with hand-smashed Hass avocado, making it a fitting choice for the holiday without relying on chips and guacamole.
