Applebee’s Upgraded Its Menu ― Just In Time For Fall

There’s nothing better than going to Applebee’s for some appetizers and drinks with friends after a long week at work. Now, if you’re a fan of Applebee’s’ Quesadilla Burger, then you’ll want to buckle up because it is getting a major upgrade. Enter: the O-M-Cheese-adilla Burger.

What is Applebee’s O-M-Cheese-adilla Burger? 

Made with bacon and Pepper Jack cheese, the O-M-Cheese-adilla Burger is served in a sizzling skillet of molten queso and topped with melted Cheddar cheese, paired with a side of white corn tortilla chips, house-made pico and cilantro. It’s a cheese-lover’s dream. 

Not in the mood for a burger? You’ll also find the O-M-Cheese Chicken Nachos appetizer which is a take on the cheesy burger but in nacho form. It features chips topped with chipotle lime chicken, guacamole, sour cream, pico, jalapeños, and cilantro, served over the signature O-M-Cheese molten queso skillet and a side of chips.

“People just love cheese and excess cheese is out of control right now, so we wanted to do it our own way,” Michelle Chin, Applebee’s CMO, said in a statement. “We know people like to play with their food, and so subsequently, the O-M-Cheese-adilla Burger gives you the opportunity to do that, share it with someone from across the table, and pair it with a great cocktail to make it a complete memorable experience.”

How Much Is The O-M-Cheese-adilla Burger? 

The O-M-Cheese-adilla Burger is part of Applebee’s 2 for $25 menu. This means you can get it alongside one appetizer and two entrées for only $25. In this economy, you can’t really ask for a better deal. It’s not something you see very often this time. 

New Spooky Sips At Applebee’s

Aside from the new burger, you’ll want to make a trip over to Applebee’s ahead of Halloween to get into the spooky spirit. They are bringing back the fan favorite Spooky Sips for a limited time which features two new frightfully fun cocktails served in Applebee’s signature Mucho glasses for just $6 and as well as two $4 mocktails and Dirty Fountain Soda with Oreo cookie crumbles.

Here’s more on the four new cocktails and mocktails: 

• Dracula’s Juice: Bacardí Superior Rum, Cuervo Tradicional Blanco, prickly pear and premium lemon sour.
• Tipsy Zombie: Bacardí Superior Rum, melon liqueur, passion fruit, pineapple, cherry and lime topped with gummi brains.
• Graveyard Soda: Mountain Dew and blue raspberry topped with a creamy swirl, whipped cream, grenadine and Oreo cookie crumbles.
• Tropical Spell Mocktail: Mix of pineapple, passion fruit, cherry, lime and dragon fruit.
