KFC is Giving Away A Bucket Of Double Crispy Hot Wings

KFC has been keeping its Rewards members busy lately. The chain recently gave Canadian Rewards members a chance to grab the Flamin’ Hot Chicken Sandwich, Flamin’ Hot Fries, and the Cheetos Dirty Soda. That was quite a lineup, and many are still asking for it to come to the U.S.

Now, KFC is back with another offer that is too tempting to ignore. This time, the deal is all about one of the chain’s crispy chicken favorites. And of course the offer also comes with two small sauces for dipping.

Free Double Crispy Wings

KFC is giving its Rewards members a free 10-piece bucket of Double Crispy Hot Wings. And you need something to dip your crispy wings in, so KFC is throwing in two sauces to sweeten the deal. The new deal is available through September 21st and it’s available on the KFC app or KFC.com.

KFC says the wings are hand-battered twice, giving them an extra-crispy coating before they are served hot. The chain introduced the wings with the very KFC-style announcement, “HOT WINGS SO NICE WE HAND BATTERED THEM TWICE.”  

Ten wings is also a decent amount of chicken for a free add-on. It can work as a side for a bigger KFC meal or give a couple of people something to share while watching the game.

To Unlock The Bucket

There is a little catch, of course. KFC is not handing out buckets of wings to anyone who walks through the door.

Rewards members need to make a $15 qualifying purchase through the KFC app or KFC.com. Taxes, tips and fees do not count toward the $15 minimum, so the food itself needs to reach that amount.

The bucket is available at participating KFC restaurants, and cannot be combined with other offers and is limited to one deal per account.

The Free Chicken Won’t Stick Around Forever

The clock is already ticking on this one. The KFC offer runs through September 21st at participating locations. Anyone looking to claim the deal will need a KFC Rewards account and a qualifying order of at least $15 before taxes, tips and fees. 

KFC Rewards is free to join and members can also earn points on qualifying orders that can later be used toward KFC food rewards. For this particular promotion, though, the math is simple: spend $15, get 10 Double Crispy Hot Wings for free.
