There’s A New Garlic Hummus At Costco & We’re Already Grabbing Our Pita Chips

If you’re a big olive oil enthusiast, then you’ve likely heard of the company Graza. Maybe you even have some of their products in your pantry right now. Customers who frequent Costco locations in the southeast (select locations only) can expect to see a 22.5-ounce tub of garlic confit and chive hummus on shelves, courtesy of the Graza brand. Hopefully the product extends to all Costco locations at some point, but either way, it’s an exciting launch packed with flavor.

Now, the words “garlic confit” alone get us excited to grab a bag of chips (preferably Graza) and start dunking. But then you add in the chive for a one-two punch of louder flavor. Anyone who’s ever had garlic confit or made their own knows exactly how much tastier it is than regular ol’ garlic, so mixing this punchy ingredient into hummus is the perfect way to turn up the taste big time. According to Graza, the garlic is “slooooow-cooked in EVOO” to make the flavor exceptionally decadent. The EVOO used is obviously Graza’s own, and seeing as they’re so confident in its amazing quality, one can only assume (and hope) the garlic confit is a step above the rest. Then, to put the metaphorical cherry on this hummus cake, chives are added for a final herby kick for a hit of bright, fresh flavor to slice through the heavy garlic confit. 

As Graza’s social media ads boldly exclaim, the hummus is “delightfully rich,” which is exactly what you want in any kind of dip in general. But, that’s not even the best part, according to the company. The part Graza really wants you stoked for is that the hummus comes in a massive 22.5-ounce tub, so you can dip for days on end without ever worrying about running out before you get a chance to share it with your friends (or just gobble it up yourself).
