Okay perfect―now let’s start again. Have you ever wanted an excuse to wear a suit and tie to Jack in the Box? Perfect, now’s your chance! This Halloween, Jack in the Box is giving you just that. An official reason to don your best Jack costume in return for free food. All treats, no tricks.
Dress Like Jack Day
On October 24th, every Jack in the Box location will celebrate the first official Dress Like Jack Day. It’s every kid’s dream! You’ll be able to channel the man, the myth, the corporate mascot that really plays no actual part in how much you enjoy the food at Jack in the Box or not, Jack! The giant-headed legend himself.
Anyone who shows up dressed as Jack Box can score a free monster taco and a small drink. There’s no purchase necessary. Now that doesn’t mean they’ll stop you from picking up a few of your favorites while you’re there. This deal is available in-store at all locations and, undoubtedly the best part, there’s no app needed! Just walk up, show off your work, and enjoy!
There’s No Actual Check On This One
Well the actual best part is that there’s no official requirement you have to meet to become Jack. Do you want to put on an actual suit and tie? You can do that and it will absolutely count. Do you have a yellow hat and a red tie sitting around? You can throw that on instead. Do you somehow have an actual Jack head that’s ready to go? You could do that.
You could also just get away with putting on a nametag that says Jack. Actually, you could probably even just call yourself Jack and it’d suffice. I have a feeling that Jack in the Box employees are going to be really lenient with this one―and also hate their jobs for a day. Anyway, at least we’re getting a free taco and soda. You’ll get rewarded for joining in the fun, however you choose to join in.
I myself plan on pushing the limits. I live within distance of three Jack in the Box locations. At one, I’ll be referring to myself in the third person when ordering and calling myself Jack. At another, I’m truly just going to mention the promo and see what happens. And to finish things off at the third, I’m going to get a sharpie and write “Jack” on a shirt. What could go wrong?
