Arby’s is especially known for being king of the meats. Sure, Burger King might have the royalty embedded into its name, but Arby’s has long displayed themselves as taking on any and every meat and doing it to the extreme. From the Meat Mountain to their all new cheesesteaks, Arby’s is diving head-first into the world of extreme meats via a fast food setting in a way that we aren’t really getting from any other company.

If it’s already a standard for Arby’s to take on just about every meat dish that you can think of, then why would that be any difference for Thanksgiving. The turkey has always been a defining symbol of Thanksgiving dinner, and yet aside from the occasional grocery store sandwich, we don’t see people taking full advantage of the turkey aspect of Thanksgiving dinner when creating themed foods. Arby’s is yet again not going to let this golden opportunity go to waste, though. Let’s get into the details of this new launch and what we can expect to see on the menu.
A New Take On Classic Tastes
Honestly, with how popular deep frying Thanksgiving turkeys has become in recent years, it’s a bit of a shock to us that people haven’t been making more fried turkey sandwiches in November. It just combines two very similar and beloved foods into one dish: deep fried Thanksgiving turkey and fried chicken sandwiches. But, as we know, Arby’s doesn’t do anything lightly. They’re taking their responsibility as the proprietor of deep-fried turkey sandwiches seriously, and have brought two Deep Fried Turkey sandwiches to their 2026 menu in honor of the holidays ahead.
Both sandwiches in the collection are served up on a toasted sub bun, but they each have very different flavor profiles. The first sandwich is the Deep Fried Turkey Club which plays with familiar club-style sandwich flavors we all know and love with a twist. The sub consists of mayonnaise tomato, lettuce, cheddar cheese, and crispy bacon, aside from the quarter pound of deep-fried turkey sliced and piled high in the sub.
A Thanksgiving Feast, All In One Bite
Let’s be honest, folks, the real showstopper here is the Deep Fried Turkey Gobbler. Like its counterpart, this sandwich has a quarter pound of sliced deep-fried turkey meat pile high within it. But, as opposed to the turkey club that utilizes traditional, year-round flavors, this one is essentially just the Thanksgiving leftovers sandwich of our dreams. The sandwich has crispy fried onions, Swiss cheese, and stuffing in it, as well as mayonnaise and a tangy cranberry sauce spread onto the bread.
This sounds like one of the most interesting and delicious sandwiches to have come out of Arby’s in a really long time, to us. Now we just have to see if their execution holds a flame to their intentions. Stay tuned for our official Sporked review.
