The smoothie chain is celebrating the start of the holiday season with a free smoothie for its Healthy Rewards members.

Free Holiday Smoothie Arrives November 3rd

Smoothie King has announced that it’s giving away a free 12-ounce Dark Chocolate Peppermint D-Lite smoothie for Rewards members only.

Smoothie King announced the giveaway in an Instagram post, inviting Healthy Rewards members to stop by on November 3rd.

The smoothie is basically a blended mix of cocoa, natural peppermint flavor, bananas, turbinado (brown sugar), and proteins. Dark chocolate brings a rich, deep taste, while peppermint adds a cool, refreshing kick. 

How To Get The Free Smoothie

The November 3 giveaway is exclusive to Smoothie King’s Healthy Rewards members.

The loyalty program is free to join and gives members access to special offers, rewards, and points on eligible purchases. Members can also use the Smoothie King app to order ahead.

Anyone who hasn’t joined yet can sign up through the app before visiting a participating location. 

What To Pair With The Free Smoothie

A free smoothie is already a good deal, but pairing it with something from Smoothie King’s food menu could make the visit even more worthwhile.

The chain sells several food items, including Chicken Flatbreads, Loaded Toasts, Egg Clouds, and Chicken Bites. These options could turn a quick smoothie stop into a more filling breakfast or lunch. 

The Chicken Chipotle Flatbread is one option I particularly enjoy. It has chicken, chipotle flavors, and 15 grams of protein. The savory taste could balance out the sweetness of the chocolate peppermint smoothie. I think this would be the best pairing for anyone who wants a little more than a drink.

Smoothie King also sells Chicken Bites and Chicken Pesto Flatbreads, so there are several ways to make the visit more filling.

Smoothie King’s Holiday Menu Could Be In The Works

Smoothie King has already given fans a reason to expect seasonal drinks around this time of year. The chain brought back its holiday menu on November 25, 2025, with two returning favorites: Holiday Pecan Delight and Apple Cinnamon Cheer. 

If Smoothie King does announce a holiday menu this year, it would be nice if it includes options like Gingerbread Cookie Smoothies and Cranberry Orange Smoothies. Smoothie King has already offered a Snickerdoodle smoothie, which featured banana, almonds, and cinnamon. A gingerbread version could build on that idea while bringing something new to the menu. 

Of course, these are only possibilities. Smoothie King hasn’t announced dropping a holiday menu. The free smoothie drops on November 3rd, and since it’s just for one day, there’s no time to waste.
