Temperatures are dropping but that just means we have to heat things up any way we can. This is Sporked, so obviously the first choice for us is with food. One restaurant is helping the cause by releasing what they’re calling the “Comfort Season” menu. I can respect that. This lineup of warm, handcrafted flavors are coming to us from Qdoba so let’s talk about what’s headed our way!

The Comfort Season Menu
At the heart of Qdoba’s comfort season is chicken tinga, a new limited-time flame grilled chicken. It’s bathed in a savory, smoky sauce that’s made with fire-roasted tomatoes, onions, peppers, and spices. Just the thing you need for sweater weather! You can add it into any burrito, bowl, nachos, tacos, or kids’ meal.
Next up we have the return of Qdoba’s tortilla soup. It’s made with a vegan broth that features tomatoes, onions, garlic, poblanos, bell peppers, and jalapeños. You know it, you love it, you wait every year for fall to come back around so you can enjoy it again. Order it by the cup or as a hearty Loaded Tortilla Soup with your favorite protein and toppings, all served in a crunchy tortilla shell bowl. The tortilla soup is available for a limited time at participating locations.
Rounding out the lineup is Queso Fundido, an indulgent dip combining Qdoba’s signature 3-cheese queso, seasoned ground beef, picante ranch, and cilantro. The flavor-packed dip offers another way to indulge in cozy-season cravings, whether enjoyed as a snack, added to a meal or included in a catering spread.
Build Your Perfect Comfort Meal
Okay, I hear you. Three new items is hardly an entire menu. That’s the beauty of Qdoba, though. You can load these beauties into and with anything you want! Want your normal burrito bowl order but with a dash of chicken tinga? They can do that. Want to load the tortilla soup with enough protein to fill you up for three days? They can do that, too but man, will it cost you.
The entire comfort season menu is now available at all participating locations. You can order it in store or ahead of time on the app―which for my socially awkward personality is the preferred way of ordering, even if they don’t load my burrito up as much as they could if I were making eye contact with them.
