Pi Day is coming up on March 14th! But what does that have to do with Crumbl? Doesn’t Crumbl make cookies? Yes, of course. But, as we’ve seen week after week, Crumbl isn’t afraid to break out of the cookie mold and throw things like brownies or cake or even a “cinnamon square.” So, for Pi Day, Crumbl is offering a few extra special treats this week—along with a selection of new Crumbl cookies of the week. Here’s what’s going down at Crumbl from March 9 – 14.

Cookie Dough Pie

Served chilled, this pie-cookie hybrid consists of a brown sugar and graham pie crust filled with cookie dough-studded brown sugar cream cheese and a topping of whipped cream, cookie dough pieces, and mini chocolate chips. Phew. That’s a mouthful—figuratively and probably pretty darn literally, too.

Skillet Cookie

It’s like a cookie a la mode that doesn’t require refrigeration. You get a warm chocolate chip cookie topped with a scoop of vanilla bean mousse (instead of ice cream) along with a semi-sweet chocolate drizzle.

Peanut Butter Munch Cookie

This cookie sounds like if puppy chow was a cookie and I am so down for that. (I’m talking about the sweet Chex treat, not, like, actual food a baby dog eats.) It’s a warm peanut butter cookie topped with milk chocolate and peanut butter-coated cereal and a dusting of powdered sugar.

Frosted Strawberry Cookie ft. Pop-Tarts

Crumbl’s partnership with Pop-Tarts continues with this cookie-fied take on a Frosted Strawberry Pop-Tart. It’s a butter cookie stuffed with strawberry filling, coated in a sweet, white frosting and topped with bits of Frosted Strawberry Pop-Tarts and rainbow sugar. Obviously, it’s served warm.

St. Patrick’s Celebration Cake Cookie

If you simply cannot wait to celebrate the removal of snakes from Ireland, then you can already score a green and white cookie from Crumbl. This take on the shop’s classic Celebration Cake Cookie features a cake batter cookie topped with cream cheese frosting and green sprinkles. (We also got the scoop on the rest of Crumbl’s planned St. Patrick’s Day line-up.)

Bonus Pie Flavors!

On Saturday March 14 (aka Pi Day), each Crumbl location will offer an exclusive surprise pie flavor. You’ll have to go on one serious Crumbl road trip to try them all.

About the Author

Justine Sterling

Hi! I’m the editor-in-chief of Sporked. I will never turn down a fresh-shucked oyster but I’ll also leap at whatever new product Reese’s releases and I love a Tostitos Hint of Lime, even if there is no actual lime in the ingredients. Why you should trust me: I have been writing about food and beverages for well over a decade and am an avid at-home cook and snacker. I began my career writing about fine dining and recipes, moved into cocktails and spirits, and now I talk about groceries. If you can eat it or drink it, I’ve probably written about it. What I buy every week: Trader Joe’s dried okra. Appleton Farms prosciutto from Aldi. Some sort of Trader Joe’s cheese (I’m into the aged gouda at the moment). Frozen waffles (usually the Eggo Cinnamon Toast Minis). Spindrift water (loving the Cosmopolitan right now). Favorite ranking: Smoked salmon. Imagine me as Scrooge McDuck but instead of coins I’m diving into a vault of slippery smoked salmon slices. Pure joy. I also found some real steals in that taste test! Least favorite ranking: Canned oysters. I had such high hopes for this but it quickly became a chore. The kitchen smelled like an uncleaned aquarium.
