5 Limited Edition Crumbl Cookies You Can Score This Week

With Easter over we’ve now entered the dark doldrums of that time between the holidays and summer. Luckily, Crumbl is still here trying to make every week feel a little bit special with a new slate of Cookies of the week. This week’s line-up includes yet another Dubai chocolate creation, a couple of summery treats, and a collab with Snickers that sounds like it should be illegal. Here’s the full menu of Crumbl cookies this week.

Dubai-Style Chocolate Sandwich Cookie

Crumbl cannot stop with the Dubai chocolate. They’ve made Dubai chocolate brownie squares, Dubai chocolate cups, and now they’ve made Dubai chocolate sandwich cookies. You get two thin chocolate cookies sandwiching a layer of pistachio and kataifi filling. 

Blueberry Muffin Cookie

It’s a blueberry muffin…but it’s been cookie-a-fied! Served warm (duh), this is a blueberry cookie covered in glaze and topped with blueberry muffin streusel. I really can’t get enough streusel, so I’m psyched for this one. 

Raspberry Lemonade Cookie

If you happen to live in a part of the country where it feels more like summer than spring, this chilled cookie is for you. It’s a lemon cookie topped with a swirl of lemon frosting and raspberry frosting (made with house-made raspberry jam), topped with a lemon slice. 

Cookies & Cream Cookie Thins

This Thins Thursday you can snag two thin, chewy chocolate cookies speckled with cookies and cream pieces. The cookies are drizzled with “white drops.” 

Snickers Peanut Butter Cookie

Whether you had a particularly bad day and need a sweet treat as a pick-me-up or a particularly good day and need a sweet treat as a reward, I think this is the Crumbl cookie of the week for you. It’s dec-a-dent. It’s a warm peanut butter cookie studded with chopped up Snickers, topped with caramel buttercream, more Snickers chunks, and a milk chocolate drizzle.
