What are the Crumbl cookies this week? I’m so glad you asked. I’ve been dying to tell you about them! I was just waiting for my chance to talk to you all about Crumbl’s cookie specials. It’s not Easter week yet, so don’t expect a full menu of themed, springtime treats. Instead, we’re getting a varied selection—and I think there’s something for everyone. Here are all the Crumbl cookies you can get this week.

Dubai Chocolate Brownie

We’re kicking things off with a non-cookie treat. While we’ve seen a Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Brownie more than once on the Crumbl cookies of the week menu, this is the triumphant return of the pure Dubai Chocolate Brownie without any pesky fruit in sight. Served chilled, you get a fudgy brownie filled with crispy shredded phyllo and pistachio, topped with milk chocolate and a drizzle of pistachio cream.

Brookies & Cream Cookie ft. Oreo 

This is an all-new collab with Oreo and it looks damn good. It’s a warm orgy of desserts, which Crumbl describes as a “whole Oreo cookie stuffed inside a fudgy brownie and signature cookie.” It’s topped with brownie batter and Oreo cookie pieces. It really sounds like something you have to see (and eat) and to comprehend. 

Cake Batter Blondie Cookie

A fan favorite, this cake batter cookie is studded with white drops and decorated with rainbow sprinkles. It’s served warm. 

Carrot Cake Cookie

Crumbl is starting to edge into Easter with this cake-inspired cookie. You get a warm carrot cake cookie topped with a thick swirl of cream cheese frosting and crunchy pecans. Sounds pretty darn perfect to me. 

Snickerdoodle Cookie Thins

This week’s cookie for Thins Thursday is a Snickerdoodle. We really loved Crumbl’s classic Snickerdoodle cookie when we tasted and ranked all the flavors. So, chances are, this thin version is a slam dunk as well.

Least favorite ranking: Canned oysters. I had such high hopes for this but it quickly became a chore. The kitchen smelled like an uncleaned aquarium.
