We’re Drooling Over These Girl Scout Cookie Baking Mixes

Girl Scout Cookies sometimes feel like they’re frozen in time—but the truth is that they’re constantly changing. Sure, your Thin Mints and your Peanut Butter Sandwiches aren’t going anywhere, but new flavors of Girl Scout Cookies (and new forms to enjoy ‘em) appear more often than you might think. It’s a brand that, as of the start of 2026, has over a dozen options to munch on—and we’ve tried all of them. 

Well, almost all of them, because as of just a couple of days ago, Girl Scout Cookies are moving once more into the bake-it-yourself world. A couple of weeks back, it was announced that Girl Scout Cookies and Miss Jones Baking Co. have teamed up for a new line of baking mixes, and they’ve just started appearing in stores. Here’s what’s in store for all you bake lovers out there.

Bars, Brownies, and Frosting

Girl Scout & Miss Jones Baking Co. have treated us to five new products, all of which should be available at a Walmart near you imminently (albeit for a limited time). They are:

Thin Mints Brownie Kit

We’re normally not one to mess with a classic, but when you’re turning a classic into a brownie? Well, then we’re on board. That’s what’s happening here, in a kit that combines a brownie mix and a mint chocolate frosting. 

Coconut Caramel Blondie Bar Kit

Caramel blondie mix, chocolate icing, and a coconut crunch topping all come together in one box. This one feels like the perfect summer snack, so it’s a shame that it’s dropping when it’s still freezing outside—but hey, you can’t win ‘em all. 

Lemon-Ups Blondie Bar Kit

A nice, easygoing combo of a blondie mix and a lemon glaze. This one’s not reinventing the wheel, and nor would you want it to, really. 

Thin Mints Chocolate Frosting

Don’t fancy making your own brownies? Skip the Thin Mints Brownie Kit, buy Thin Mints Chocolate Frosting, and throw it onto any of your homemade bakes. This tub comes with a separate container full of chocolate sprinkles, for a little crunch. 

Coconut Caramel Frosting

A tub of coconut caramel frosting, which comes with a little portion of coconut flakes and chocolate sprinkles. Add this to a homemade sponge cake, we dare ya. 

Girl Scout Baking Mixes? They’re an Inspired Choice

Now, it should be pointed out that each Girl Scout x Miss Jones Baking Co. kit states that it has a Girl Scout Cookie “inspired flavor.” Basically, you can take this to mean that it won’t taste exactly like your fave cookies, and nor should you expect it to. That said, we’re sure it comes pretty close to the real thing. As of today, Walmart’s website doesn’t have these baking mixes listed, but head on over to the Miss Jones Baking Co. site to find a store near you that stocks the product you want.
