Easter is right around the corner — less than two weeks away to be exact. While Easter candy aisles are already stocked, candy companies are the only ones offering seasonal treats. Krispy Kreme just launched its new Easter Basket collection — and it’s egg-cellent if I do say so myself. I’ve been a Krispy Kreme enthusiast for nearly three decades and there’s nothing more egg-citing (last pun, I promise) than sinking your teeth into their soft, pillowy doughnuts — like, why-didn’t-I-buy-a-dozen kind of good. Here’s all the details about these new Krispy Kreme doughnuts without any eggs-ageration (okay, now I’m really done).

Krispy Kreme launches new Easter Basket collection 

Krispy Kreme has four Easter doughnuts available and they are dangerously cute. Spoiler alert: There’s a cute yellow baby chick in the collection. 

Here’s a quick breakdown of the flavors: 

• Easter Egg Basket Doughnut – an Original Glazed doughnut piped with vanilla flavored buttercreme, dipped in decorative sugar, and topped with an Easter egg sugar piece.   
• Strawberry Egg Doughnut – an unglazed shell doughnut filled with white Kreme, dipped in strawberry flavored icing with decorative vanilla flavored icing drizzles.   

• Baby Chick Doughnut – an Original Glazed doughnut dipped in vanilla flavored icing decorated with a baby chick sugar piece. 
• Chocolate Iced with Spring Sprinkles – an Original Glazed doughnut dipped in chocolate icing and topped with colorful spring sprinkles.

Whether you’re craving a classic glazed doughnut with vanilla buttercream or a more fruity strawberry doughnut, you’ll find one you’ll love — or maybe you should just grab all three (no judgement here). When can I buy the Krispy Kreme Easter Basket collection?

The Krispy Kreme Easter Basket collection will be available starting on March 24 at select shops and retailers across the US (including Walmart, Kroger, and Publix!). They can even be delivered straight to your doorstep via Krispy Kreme’s app or website if you don’t feel like leaving your home — extra brownie points there (or, more appropriately, doughnut points).
