Mountain Dew Pitch Black is coming back
Ladies and gentlemen, hold onto your hats because the fan favorite Mountain Dew Pitch Black has made its graceful return. Not familiar with Mtn Dew Pitch Black? It is officially classified as a dark citrus punch DEW—but in truth remains a back grape flavor. It was last available for approximately 3 minutes via a social media giveaway earlier this year. But now it’s actually back and will actually be available to purchase.
When and where can I get Mtn Dew Pitch Black?
Remember how I said there would be a twist? At this point, there are no bottles or cans of Mtn Dew Pitch Black. Instead, Pitch Black will only be sold in the fountain machine at Speedway and 7-Eleven locations. You heard right: just fountain drinks. You’ll be able to enjoy it for a long time, though, as sources indicate that this is not a limited time release. Mountain Dew Pitch Black has already been spotted in Speedway and 7-Eleven locations, so if you’ve got one near you and a hankering for Pitch Black, it’s time for a pit stop!

Bring it back. It beat out Baja Blast in the decision, yet Baja Blast is available and Pitch Black isn’t. Look at store shelves and see the amount of Baja Blast that sits there. Pitch Black never had that problem. How can they not see the popularity of Pitch Black ? BRING IT BACK !

funny. i live in the middle of nowhere in southern illinois. i do NOT feel like driving over an hour and a half to st. louis just to go to a damn 7-eleven to get a soda

Pitch Black is good, but Pitch Black II (Sour Grape) was the best! Why can’t we bring that one back!?
It is not grape. It is berry. Says so right on the bottle. The original pitch black in 2006 was sour grape and was the bomb. Recipe was changed and it’s now a berry punch and definitely not the same but not bad.
The “Sour Grape” flavor was Pitch Black 2. PB2 has never been rereleased. Regular Pitch Black is definitely still Grape flavored anyway, the bottle says “Dark Citrus Punch”, nothing about berries at all

Pitch Black is my favorite Mtn Dew. Don’t want it a a fountain drink, and I don’t even know where or how far away a Speedway or 7/11 is around . Most likely at least a couple hours. Just another disappointing release of Pitch Black 🙁
The nearest Speedway and or 7-11 near me is over 5 hours away. What another colossal disappointment.
They need to put pitch black mtn.dew in cans and bottles!!!! Not everyone has a speedway or 7eleven near them. If not bottles just please put some in cans ,even if it takes till next year in 2025.
