If you have Taco Bell fatigue, no, you don’t. Apparently, the chain doesn’t let you have fatigue, because its pace is so utterly relentless that you can’t help but be swept up in its wake. 2026 has been a banner year for the chain, which has been teasing, announcing, and releasing dozens upon dozens of new menu items, which we’ve been covering every step of the way. Even after its flagship Live Mas Live event, we continued to cover all the new menu items it was titillating us with, from its Crispalupa to its butter chicken taco. Yep, really.

And now? There are three more Taco Bell items on their way. All of them are intriguing, and one in particular has got us excited, thanks to the inclusion of Zab’s sauce. Here’s what’s on the way.
New Taco Bell Items
According to @markie_devo, these three new Taco Bell items could be landing on menus on April 16 – and they are…
Triple Double Crunchwrap
This one takes a crunchwrap and amps it all the way up. You’ve got a double-dose of tostadas and seasoned beef, and triple the amount of nacho cheese. It’s gonna be big, it’s gonna be messy, and it may be unnecessarily so, but we’ll have to wait and see.
Diablo Dusted Crispy Chicken Nuggets
Taco Bell’s new nuggets take its Diablo sauce and apply it directly to the nug coating, via the medium of spicy dust. We covered these a few weeks back, but now that we have a tentative release date, we’re talking about them again. We hope that these will deliver on the spice promise they seem to bear. Oh, and they’re served with a Hidden Valley Diablo Ranch Sauce.
Zab’s Chicken Ranch Nacho Fries
Okay, now we’re talking! These nacho fries are made with fries (duh), nacho cheese (duh), roasted chicken, a three-cheese blend, and pico de gallo. The piece de resistance, though, is Zab’s ranch. Zab’s Original Datil Pepper Hot Sauce made it onto our list of the best hot sauces around, and so we would hope that its ranch has the same impact.
And the Fans? How Do They Feel About All This?
Well, remember when we talked about Taco Bell fatigue at the start? People may, in fact, be experiencing it. In a Reddit thread discussing these new items, its customers weren’t exactly thrilled by the prospect of yet more additions to its menu. “Lol 3 new cash grabs,” said one comment, with another saying, “I’m lost on what their target audience is with their new items nowadays. WHO is this for?”
Turns out, maybe Taco Bell does need to slow down: All of this innovation is starting to get a little bit trying for the people who keep it running. Regardless, we’ll be waiting to see how these things actually land when they hit stores.
