You can always rely on Tillamook to bring the goods. The dairy company may not have been completely reshaping its product line at the top of 2026, but it’s still been chugging away at a nice pace with its new products, adding some fresh ice cream flavors and, more recently, bringing back its beloved Salty Caramel Pretzel Ice Cream. It hasn’t been moving at the pace of somewhere like Publix, but it’s been workin’.

Now that we’re almost, almost in spring proper, though, it’s hitting us with its brand-new limited-edition Strawberries & Cream Ice Cream. We’re ready. And here’s what we know.
New Tillamook Strawberries & Cream Ice Cream
Tillamook’s new Strawberries & Cream flavor is all but guaranteed to be a success. The ice cream is a mash-up of sweet cream and strawberry-flavored ice cream, and it’s adorned with a strawberry ripple running all the way through it. Tillamook is going big on the creaminess of this one: On its website, it says that the flavor “is so unbelievably creamy, we almost called it Cream & Strawberries.” Reader, it did not.
Tillamook already has an Oregon Strawberry flavor, but this new addition represents a slightly more adventurous move for the company. The dairy is pretty well-known for its down-the-line products, which don’t rock the boat too much in terms of flavors or trying something utterly wild. Its Strawberries & Cream is just different enough to feel fresh, without taking Tillamook in a totally different direction.
The Word Is In: It’s a Hit
In case you were in any doubt over whether Tillamook’s Strawberries & Cream is any good, oh ye of little faith, we’re here to report that it is. “It’s so good sitting in my freezer rn,” said one person on Tillamook’s Instagram reel announcing the flavor, with others also chiming in to confirm that it slaps. And yes: It does look as relentlessly creamy as the company says.
We wouldn’t sit back for too long on this one, though, as along with the Salty Caramel Pretzel flavor that Tillamook’s brought back, the Strawberries & Cream likely isn’t going to be around for very long. It’s limited-edition, after all, so get yourself down to the store to get it before it disappears forevermore.
As for where you can get it, Tillamook’s got a handy product locator on its website, where you can search by individual product. Its Strawberries & Cream is being stocked in stores like Wegmans, Harris Teeter, Safeway, Giant, and Albertsons, amongst plenty of others. Pick up some of its new ice cream bars while you’re at it, which come in a bunch of its classic flavors, and make a day of it. An ice cream party? That’s our kinda party.
