Spring has sprung at Costco. If you’re reading this on Easter Sunday, I’m sorry to report that you’ll have to wait till Easter Monday to stock up on all the new stuff that’s in store this week (yes, Costco is closed on Easter). But hey—go enjoy your egg hunt. The Costco hunt can wait a day.

Kirkland Signature Ham Dinner
If you missed out on Easter dinner, no sweat—this heat-and-eat ham dinner will be waiting for you on Monday. This spread comes with a hefty serving of pre-sliced hickory smoked ham paired with sides of mashed potatoes and green beans. Costco even took the liberty of adding a pat of butter to the green beans so you don’t have to grab any extras to make the perfect meal.
Kirkland Signature Strawberries and Cream
A perfect spring dessert if there ever was one. This comes with a fat serving of whipped cream topped with a layer of crumbled graham cracker and fresh strawberries. Yum.
Doritos Simply NKD Cool Ranch Tortilla Chips
Frito-Lay’s new line of Simply NKD chips didn’t taste all that different to us in our taste test, even though they’re made without all those tasty dyes. If your MAHA uncle will be at the family picnic, you can g’head and appease him by picking up a bag of these NKD Doritos.
Girl Scouts Coconut Caramel Granola Clusters
These are clusters of chocolate, caramel, and coconut that you can theoretically add to your morning yogurt or evening bowl of ice cream, if you can resist the temptation to shovel them straight into your mouth.
Pillsbury Cookie Dough 3 Pack
AKA my dream cookie spread. Though I’m still a firm believer that Pillsbury’s holiday shaped sugar cookies are their greatest invention, this lineup can share second place. This three-pack from Costco comes with Reese’s Pieces peanut butter cookies, Oreo pieces cookies, and classic chocolate chip cookies.
