As temps cool down, fireplaces turn on, and radio stations start to slowly but surely threaten us with Michael Bublé, you can feel it: the winter dew in the air. And with dewy winters, we also have winter Dews. Aka, all of the new Mountain Dew flavors hitting shelves in the new holiday season, which we’ve been diligently tracking to make your lives (and shopping lists) easier.

And look, I don’t want to lead you on—right now, we haven’t heard a peep about a sparkly new holiday-specific Mountain Dew flavor. A shame, really. We definitely miss all of the discontinued Mountain Dew holidays flavors (RIP Mtn Dew Holiday Brew), but also, think of the puns! Blizzard Baja Blast… Winter WonDEWland… Mountain Dew North… I could go on, really. But as far as we know, none of that’s happening this year. (One new Mountain Dew flavor does come out within mere days of Christmas, though.)

So instead, I’ve rounded up all of the new and limited edition Mountain Dews dropping and sticking around in the upcoming winter months, from now (late October counts as winter, don’t sass me about it) through early 2026. In lieu of Mountain Abominable SnowDew or whatever their marketing team came up with and scrapped for the year, consider this our holiday gift to the fellow Dew-heads out there.

Mountain Dew Baja Blue Burst

Let’s start off with the new Mountain Dew flavor that most resembles a holiday-exclusive, which is Mountain Dew Baja Blue Burst—set to be on shelves by New Year’s Day. (Maybe some of Santa’s favorites will stumble on a pack in stores a week or two sooner.) Blue Burst is expected to taste like açaí, lychee, and blueberry. Mountain Dew’s Baja line is typically a summer release, so we’re hoping that this New Year drop means the overactive flavor scientists at the Pepsico HQ are pretty confident in this one. It certainly sounds delicious. Time will tell…

Mountain Dew Trolli

It’s worth noting that Mountain Dew Trolli (this year’s Halloween iteration of VooDEW) is the newest flavor to hit shelves and will hopefully stick around for the next month or two. We had positive things to say about Mountain Dew Trolli and absolutely loved the zero sugar version, but Mtn Dew has already warned us that this flavor is “here for a sour time, not a long time.” It’s a brand collab, so I don’t personally see it sneaking back into shelves any time soon. It’s likely Mountain Dew will listen to the fans and go back to its regularly scheduled VooDEW programming next year, or try a different candy collab, depending on how successful this one is. (Let us know what you’d like to see in the comments?) But if you’re going to miss Trolli Mtn Dew… better to stock up now.

Mountain Dew Baja Cabo Citrus

*Props up megaphone* ATTENTION! Baja Cabo Citrus is coming back early next year! I said: BAJA CABO CITRUS is coming back EARLY NEXT YEAR! *throws megaphone into empty crowd* I’m not seeing enough people talking about this. And maybe that’s fair, given we found the flavor a little underwhelming ourselves, but still—this is a great Mountain Dew iteration for orange soda fans. According to multiple news sources, this is hitting shelves nationwide in January and sticking around for the whole year.

Mountain Dew Infinite Swirl

It’s official: Infinite Swirl, a pineapple-infused flavor that had a brief shelf life in 2024 and returned in the summer of this year (we loved it, btw), will be available through December. After that, it’s off the shelves, y’all. Not permanently, we hope. But we recommend stocking up while supplies last. (And yes, Infinite Swirl is still a 7-Eleven exclusive!)

Mountain Dew Dirty Dew

This creamy Mountain Dew (why does that feel wrong to type?) is slated to hit shelves in early 2026, along with its zero-sugar variation. Dirty Dew takes inspiration from the “dirty soda” trend—and no, it doesn’t have actual dairy in it. According to this news outlet that got an exclusive early taste (we’re not jealous), the flavor is a cross between OG Mountain Dew and cream soda. Honestly, out of all the new Mountain Dew flavors, this one gives the strongest cozy holiday season vibes, so I’m surprised they didn’t slate the release for November-December.

Baja Blast in Glass Bottles

We’ve heard a little rumor that Mountain Dew Baja Blast is getting an upgrade—starting in February of 2026, you might be able to buy it in glass bottles (with real cane sugar instead of corn syrup, sorta like a good Mexican soda). The rumor also claims that these glass bottles will be a permanent addition to the Mountain Dew line-up. Honestly, if this is true, I will go out of my way to buy them. This is the kind of luxury packaging Baja Blast deserves, if you ask me.
