Do you find yourself looking disappointedly at your large, 32oz Dunkin’ iced coffee thinking, “This just won’t do it, there isn’t enough drink in my drink.” Then Dunkin’ is testing out something just for you, my thirsty friend. Behold, Dunkin’s 48oz cold beverage buckets. That three pounds of liquid.

Where did this intel come from?
We first spotted this info in a post from @markie_devo on Instagram who credits his source as being a leaked image and a Dunkin’ employee. And one Redditor posted an image of a half-drunk bucket on their car dashboard.
What are these “buckets” exactly?
They’re plastic buckets with tops and straws. They come pre-filled with either iced coffee or a Refresher. And, per Markie, they cost between $7 and $10.
Where can I get a bucket?
Unfortunately for the truly caffeine-addicted among us, these buckets are only being tested at fewer than 10 stores in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. If I was a betting man, I’d put money on these expanding to more locations, fast. A massive bucket of coffee screams America.
What are people saying?
Folks are definitely hyped for the prospect of extra-large buckets of Dunkin’ beverages—and they’re ready with the quips, of course. “The coffee scorpion bowl,” a commenter wrote on one Reddit post. “Give me 48oz of strawberry coolata, a belt, a spoon, and a candle and leave me be,” wrote another. Yet another commented, “As someone who’s prescribed 60mg Ritalin daily I do wonder if this is the cheaper alternative.” To that person we say, please consult your doctor before replacing your meds with a bucket of “regular” iced coffee.
