The thing about Jeni’s Ice Cream is that it’s always felt a little bit classy. Everything about its branding makes you feel like you’re getting a product that’s slightly more upmarket than your tub of Walmart Great Value frozen dessert (and look, lower-price ice cream is still delicious to us – every type of ice cream is delicious to us – but you know what we mean).

Its ice cream flavors also give it that ever-so-bougie quality: They tend to feel classic and considered, with a real sense that the company’s actually trying to get the real flavor of what it’s advertising into its products. Its recent House Coffee flavor is a good example of this, and believe us when we say that it’s gooood. Now, Jeni’s is going even further in this vein and introducing a trio of new flavors in its Spring Collection that feel like real throwbacks to old-school desserts. Are we ready? You best believe we’re ready. Here’s what it has in store for us this spring.

Jeni’s New Ice Cream Flavors Are…

Key Lime Pietropical

A key lime pie flavored base, adorned with a graham cracker swirl. Jeni’s promises that this one will be “tropical, tart, and uber creamy,” and frankly, we believe that will be true. This one is going to killer on a sunny day.

Basque Cheesecake with Brambleberry Jam

Basque cheesecake? In an ice cream? We’re so back, folks. This ice cream is heavily flavored with the notes of burnt sugar, with a dash of sweet-sour thrown in from the brambleberry jam. You don’t ever see brambleberries in mainstream desserts, so we’re really excited about this one.

Black Tie Tiramisu

Ooh, yeah. This one’s for the classy amongst you. A duo of mocha and mascarpone ice creams, which are hit with ladyfinger cookies and a chocolate drizzle. It kinda sounds like it’ll be an inverted version of a classic tiramisu, and although it might not have that boozy note that we all know and love, we do not doubt that this one will slap.

Okay, When Will I Be Able To Get My Hands On These?

Don’t worry, people, it’s only a couple of weeks off. Jeni’s is releasing its new ice cream flavors on March 26, and they’ll be available both in scoop shops and online. We’d also imagine that they’ll be pretty widely available in grocery stores across the country, as last year’s Spring Collection ice creams were (and in case you forgot, those included a citrus pound cake-inspired option, and a Raspberry Rhubarb Delight that had notes of coriander in it). Until these drop, you’ll just have to entertain yourself with its new Bridgerton-inspired flavors. Man, Jeni’s has been busy!
