The chefs at Buldak must be working overtime. As you might have heard, they put together a full “Buldak Crawl” for Coachella, a lineup of—and I cringe at the use of the phrase—epic proportions that includes collabs with a range of restaurants that’ll be in attendance at the annual music fest (the Buldak-Prince St. Pizza Not Ranch Slice sounds unreal).

But even if you’re not out there in Indio, California, sweating, using porta-potties, and getting desert dust in your eyes, Buldak has plenty going on. In the past couple months, Buldak has put out four new products, including two new flavors of spicy ramen noodles and a whole new type of instant snack in flavors you know and love. Here’s what you need to keep an eye out for at the grocery store if you’re a heat-seeking noodle-lover.

Hold up: Buldak is making tteokbokki now??

Yes! Buldak is making tteokbokki now! Earlier this year, they launched the chewy rice cake sticks in two flavors: Original Spicy Chicken and Carbonara. If you’re a Buldak fanatic, those flavor choices won’t come as a surprise—they’re perennial favorites (although, the Sporked team has favorites of their own). While Buldak’s Original flavor, their signature spicy chicken, was what started it all, the Carbonara was what really launched them into orbit. The tteokbokki bowls have been out for a few months now, but they’re not as widely available as their ramen counterparts. We were able to find them at our local H Mart, but they’ve been spotted at Target, too.

Speaking of ramen, two new Buldak flavors also hit stores recently!

Buldak has also launched two new flavors of ramen: Swicy and Taco. If you’ve been keeping up with the packaged food world, you’re aware that sweet-and-spicy products are all the rage at the moment. Just look at the hot honey trend! Buldak isn’t sleeping on that. This is a level one Buldak flavor, meaning it has a more restrained heat level for people who might be more into sweet than heat. The other new Buldak ramen flavor, Buldak Taco, is also on the milder side, but brings all the spices you’re accustomed to finding in your favorite taco seasoning: cumin, coriander, and chili.

Will the new flavors live up to the Buldak flavors we know and love? We’ll try them as soon as we find them. For now, you’ll just have to taste them for yourselves to see if they’re worthy of sticking around.
