Wendy’s Is Adding 7 New Menu Items This Monday—and Spice Lovers Are Going to Be Thrilled

Wendy’s has been working hard this year, guys. It kicked 2026 off by introducing its new Biggie Meals, and since then, it’s been busy revising its chicken sandwiches and remounting old favorites for its customers. This week, though, has seen it kick into gear even more. Just yesterday, we brought you the word of the new Wendy’s Cookie Dough Frosty, and now we’ve got the wider menu that this Frosty belongs to. Wendy’s is adding 7 new items to the fray, and a couple of them are very spicy.

What’s coming? Well, we’re not going to hold back on that, are we? Here’s what’s in store at Wendy’s from Monday, April 27.

Get Spicy…

First off, Wendy’s is going big on its jalapeño-flavored items, with three new dishes featuring the peppers:

Jalapeño Ranch Cheeseburger: This cheeseburger starts with Wendy’s beef and then adds in a creamy jalapeño ranch, jalapeño slices, and American cheese. It’s spicy, it’s creamy, it’s balanced.
Jalapeño Bacon Breakfast Potatoes: Spicy breakfast potatoes? We’re so in. Wendy’s breakfast potatoes are adorned with jalapeños, Applewood smoked bacon, and Swiss cheese sauce.
Jalapeño Breakfast Biscuits: Here, we’ve got a biscuit stuffed with sausage or bacon, egg, American cheese, and – yes! – jalapeños.

…And Sweet

Wendy’s is adding four new sweet choices to its menu, with the Cookie Dough Frosty being one of them. Then, we’ve got three new drinks:

Watermelon Lemonade: This one builds on the Wendy’s Dave’s Craft Lemonade lineup, and mixes an all-natural lemonade with a sweet watermelon purée. Look, I’m not gonna lie to you – this sounds great.
Watermelon Sparkling Energy: An energy refresher here, flavored with fresh fruit and candied watermelon. Yeeeeah. I’m into it!
Sprite Watermelon: Sprite and watermelon. I’m gonna guess this will be quite close to the Watermelon Lemonade, but with a touch more crispness and sugariness.

And These Are In Store April 27, You Say?

I do say, yes. I do. However! If you’re a Wendy’s Loyalty member, you can get one of them a little bit earlier, starting yesterday – and that one’s the Cookie Dough Frosty. All you have to do is go into your app and add it to your cart. We’re not sure why the others aren’t available just yet, if that one is, but look, it’s just a couple of days to wait. Just one weekend until you can get all the jalapeños you can consume. You can do it, I believe in you.
