Gözlemes
A popular handheld Turkish fast-food, these Turkish flatbreads are stuffed with three kinds of cheese: tulum (a crumbly goat’s milk cheese), kashkaval (a semi-firm yellow cheese sometimes called the “Cheddar of the Balkans”) and Mozzarella. And now you can find them in the frozen section at Trader Joe’s!
Parmesan Tapenade
This tasty spread combines Parmesan cheese with diced garlic, jalapeños, and Manzanilla olives, seasoned with cilantro, oregano and thyme, and mixed with olive oil, sunflower oil, and red wine vinegar. And at this point, it’s so many ingredients, I can’t really imagine what it tastes like. But all that cheesy goodness sounds amazing to me.
Assorted Belgian Chocolates
This box of 12 Belgian chocolates packs a lot of variety into one 4.76 oz box, as each chocolate is different from the others. The ones I’m most interested in trying are the “tart and spicy White Chocolate Lemon Ginger Drop” and the “mocha-inspired Milk Chocolate Cappuccino Dream.”
Queso Fresco
This Mexican-style crumbling cheese is described as a “fresh and creamy semi-soft cheese with a mild, smooth flavor.” It’s perfect for adding to tacos or just crumbling over a salad or rice.
Honey Pearl Grapes
If you’ve never tried these plump, tasty treats, they’re a type of Muscat grapes, the kind they make Muscato wine out of. As a seasonal fruit, these often disappear from store shelves for months at a time. But now they’re back and you can enjoy their sweet, musky flavor for yourself.
