If you’ve spent even one single second on Sporked in the last couple of years, you’ll know that we’re big fans of Nothing Bundt Cakes. Like, really big fans. And you know why? Because we like how they taste, people! We’re never far off one of these cakes, and in the last couple of months, we’ve been working through its new flavors, like its Biscoff Cookie Butter cake (very good), its Old-Fashioned Marble Cake with chocolate frosting (slightly less good than the Biscoff one, although still very good), and its new Strawberry Cheesecake Swirl cake (you guessed it…very good).

The latter cake formed part of its spring line-up, and soon, there’ll be one more in the mix—and we think it’ll be…drumroll please… very good.
What’s the new Nothing Bundt Cake flavor?
It’s a Banana with Nutella cake. I mean, come on. This new option from Nothing Bundt Cakes (can we start abbreviating it to NBC? Probably not—we can see how that might cause some confusion with a certain broadcaster) is spring vibes through and through.
As reported by @snackolator and Trendhunter, this new Banana with Nutella cake will be a banana-flavored sponge that’s filled with Nutella, before being drizzled with more Nutella, Nothing Bundt Cakes’ signature frosting, and crowned with a banana chip. There’s a bit of crunch, but it’s mainly all soft, gooey deliciousness here. It will be available as a full cake, a Bundtlet, and a Bundtini.
When can I get this new Nothing Bundt Cake?
The new banana-Nutella mash-up is dropping on May 18, and as you might expect, it’s going to be a limited-time affair. The Strawberry Cheesecake Swirl arrived on April 13, so we expect that we’ll get about a month out of this new one before it’s snatched from our grasp forevermore.
Will it be any good?
It’s too early to say, and we haven’t managed to taste it yet (although you bet that we’ll be trying to when it comes out). However, given how much we’ve been enjoying Nothing Bundt Cakes’ recent banana options, we’d say it’d be pretty unlikely if we didn’t connect with this one. Last month, we gave its new banana pudding cake a rare perfect score. So, you do the math.
This isn’t the only springtime move that Nothing Bundt Cakes has made, either. It recently announced a sweepstakes for Mother’s Day, with the winner receiving a grand prize of $4,000. Given that it’s completely free to enter (and you can get a load of bonus entries), we’d say it’s worth giving it some of your time.
