The whole deal with Crumbl is that most of its cookies and desserts just don’t stick around for that long (and you might be seeing even less of them on its permanent menu, if Crumbl’s CEO shakes things up as he’s suggested). Each week, it launches a bunch of limited-time goodies on its menu, and if you don’t move fast, they’re gone – until they come back around, at least. It’s also pretty partial to tie-in products that also come and go in a flash, like its current Cerulean Blue Cookie, released in conjunction with The Devil Wears Prada 2.

Having said all this, though, you usually get at least a good few days to get Crumbl’s desserts before they disappear. But now it’s getting even speedier. It’s just about to release a new space-themed cookie, and that will be out for exactly one day. One day only. Here’s what you need to know.
Crumbl Is Dropping a New Galaxy Brownie Cookie
Crumbl’s new Galaxy Brownie Cookie will be dropping on May 4, which (in case you didn’t know) is recognized around the world as Star Wars Day. If you’ve never heard the pun that goes along with that, which we’ve signposted just above, then that will be completely unintelligible to you. However, given that Star Wars has been around for almost half a century, we’d really hope that you’re not learning about “May the 4th be with you” for the first time.
But I digress! The Galaxy Brownie Cookie is, according to Crumbl, a “brownie cookie smothered in a warm fudge glaze and sprinkled with rainbow candy bits, designed to be fudgy and delicious in every bite.” Now, the eagle-eyed out there, and those who keep up with Crumbl’s output, will have probably figured out by now that this isn’t a brand-new product. Crumbl’s Galaxy Brownie Cookie has cropped its head up now and again for a while (it even made our list of some of our favorite Crumbl flavors). We won’t hold it against them for reviving this one just for one day, rather than making a brand-new cookie for it. That’s a lot of effort.
The snack enthusiasts reading this will also immediately figure out that it sounds pretty similar to the good old Cosmic Brownie, which remains one of our favorite Little Debbie snack cakes. Given Crumbl’s focus on making its desserts as big and newfangled as possible, though, this one has a bit more going for it.
And I Really Only Have One Day To Try It?
Yeah, you do – and you may have even less. Crumbl has stated that it will only be available while stocks last, and who knows how much stock it actually has? So, if you like the sound of this one, we’d move swiftly. It may be a while until it comes back around.
