Best Fast Food Deals in May 2026: 50-Cent Wings, Taco Bell Happy Hour, and More

There are 31 days in May, and that means that there are 31 days to enjoy some pretty awesome food deals. We’ve been covering the best food deals available each month for a minute now (check out March and April’s editions for what you could have got back then), and we’re here once again to break things down, day by day, inspired by @thefreebieguy and @thekrazycouponlady’s roundups.

May 1

This marks the start of National Military Appreciation Month, and as such, the start of a bunch of ongoing discounts from several fast food chains, like Jersey Mike’s. Check with your chosen store to see what they’re offering.

May 2

Grab a $10 large 3-topping pizza from Pizza Hut.

May 3

This is the last day of Olive Garden’s BOGO entrée deal (sadly, this one’s now passed, but it’ll be back, we’re sure of it).

May 4

Teacher Appreciation Week is here, and with it, some cool offers. Chipotle is giving away $2 million in free burritos, for example, and all you have to do is enter your details. 

May 5

It’s Cinco de Mayo, and there are a lot of food deals going on, including from places like Moe’s and Chipotle. At the latter, loyalty members can get some free chips with guac or queso blanco, using the code CINCO26.

May 6

This falls in Nurse Appreciation Week – and nurses (plus other healthcare workers) can take part in the Chipotle giveaway we mentioned above for teachers. Plus, on May 6, they eat free at TGI Fridays. 

May 7 

Teacher Appreciation Week continues with free breakfast for teachers and staff at Whataburger.

May 8 

…and it continues still, with free tea for teachers and nurses from McAlister’s, or 50% off breakfast combos from Krystal.

May 9 

This is the last day of 50% off select pizzas from Domino’s. Hop to it!

Mother’s Day brings with it a sweepstakes offer from Nothing Bundt Cakes, in which you could win $4000.
