Costco’s got a lotta food for you this week! I mean sure, it’s a store of big quantities by nature but this week especially so. We’re starting off with a 10 pound bag of pancake mix! That’s a lot of flapjacks in your future. Really, you could just call this a Costco haul for shopping for 20+ mouths but in all actually it’s just another week in our natural habitat. Here are the new foods at Costco this week just in time to feed all your kids’ friends who will be over this summer.

Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancake Mix
Costco has this labeled as family sized and they mean family sized. Sorry to my fellow single soldiers out there but we have to sit out on all 10 pounds of this pancake mix. Stock up for all your summer vacation plans; there’s never a bad time to whip up some pancakes.
Kirkland Signature Twice Baked Pistachio Filled Croissants
We love a good trend! Costco’s filled their iconic croissant with pistachio cream and topped with powdered sugar and salted pistachios. Everyone’s freaking out about this latest drop to the Costco bakery and rightfully so. These look absolutely lavish and I’m here for it.
Gimme Organic Seaweed Variety Pack
You can snack on this twin-pack of flavored seaweed from Costco by itself or throw it into a dish to add a depth of umami richness. While the two flavors, sea salt and teriyaki, aren’t earth shattering in their own right, they make for safe options to add into (relatively) anything.
Ginsa Sparkling Ginseng Tonic
Ginsa’s variety pack at Costco pairs sparkling Korean ginseng tea with three flavors: honey, yuzu and Korean pear. Sip it on its own or make a kickin’ cocktail with your favorite flavor. I will warn everyone that this is only available in California and Hawaii at the moment. Fortunately, I saw it in my local Costco so let’s hold out hope that it makes its way into other markets soon.
Buldak Carbonara Spicy Chicken Dumplings
Run from the Buldak carbonara craze all you want but you’ll never be able to get away from it. At this point, we have to give in. While we didn’t quite love Buldak’s carbonara dumplings when we tried them, they’ve found their way into Costcos across the country. If you’re a Buldak carbonara fanatic, you’ll want to pick up a bag on your next trip.
