Costco’s serving up a well-rounded assortment of new offerings this week. And one of these has been taking the internet by storm, dividing the masses. Understandably so. I would have not guessed it would be the next offering in Costco’s deli section if you gave me a thousand guesses. Let’s get into what Costco’s got in store for us this week.

Huel Black Chocolate Meal Replacement Drink
I’m a member of the Huel-heads. I have said it before, but I am truly lazy when it comes to the kitchen. I’ll cut a lot of corners to save myself the headache of cooking from a recipe every day. Huel’s meal replacement drinks are obviously not as good as a cheeseburger, but they fill you up (and some days that’s all I need). Huel’s pre-made high protein shake is now at Costco in their chocolate offering. I’m partial to their salted caramel, but this is still just as nice to see.
Kraft Mac & Cheese PowerMac
Everything’s getting blasted with protein, even your childhood favorite! Kraft sneakily boosted these with both protein and fiber by infusing the noodles. The cheese sauce can mask any flavor changes from the OG, our preferred option. You get eight boxes of the PowerMac in each box at Costco instead of the 18-count that the regular gets. This seems like a downgrade, but admittedly the toughest thing about buying at Costco is that you don’t know if you’ll love a product or not. The lower count on the PowerMac gives you a chance to try it out before fully committing.
Lay’s Fifa World Cup 26 Variety Pack
How nice of Lay’s, FIFA, and Costco to team up to make our World Cup watch party planning stupidly simple! Everyone can get their own little bag of chips with this variety pack. Inside, you’ll get the three World Cup exclusive flavors, French onion soup, Argentinian-style steak with chimichurri, and Brazilian-style garlic sauce, as well as a few bags of classic Lay’s for the less adventurous guests. Jordan Myrick tasted these for us over on our Instagram. They loved two of the exclusive flavors and weren’t wowed by one (no spoilers)!
Kirkland Signature Shrimp Ceviche
Listen, I get it. There’s some understandable hesitation with a grocery store selling ceviche. If there’s one store you should trust to put out a quality product though, it’s Costco. I would trust them with my life. If they didn’t think they could do it justice then they wouldn’t do it at all. The internet is full of people on either side of the debate here, but I’m just here to share the news. I’ll let you make the final call for yourselves.
JonnyPops Dairy-Free Flag Pops
Just as quintessentially summer as you can get. Though the 4th is still a month away, you can still grab these from Costco before they’re gone so you’re ready to go. Inside each bite you’ll find the classic rocket pop flavors you’d expect: blue raspberry, cherry, and lemon. I know we just went through a rocket pop craze a few years ago, but I can’t get enough. This is a welcomed addition to the endless lineup!
