The future seems bright! The near future, at least. Something about the lineup for new products at Costco this week seems so bright. Maybe it’s because there’s an unexplainable cuteness factor to most of these new products. Maybe I’m just really excited for them personally so it’s blending into my experience. Either way, Costco has some real treats in store for us this week, so let’s get into the details.

Chobani Pistachio Chocolate Coffee Creamer
I think this is the first time I’ve ever seen this! At the very least it’s the first time I’ve noticed it―a product that’s exclusive to Costco stores. Chobani’s new pistachio chocolate coffee creamer (hello Dubai chocolate) can only be found in Costco stores. While it may soon find its way into other retailers, take this opportunity to flex on others with your warehouse membership benefits!
Yasso Vanilla Caramel & Fudge Chip Frozen Greek Yogurt Mini Cups
I mean, could this be any more perfect? For starters, these mini cups of Yasso frozen Greek yogurt are just too dang cute! On top of that you have the perfect serving size for a mid-week dessert. Each cup sports 80/90 calories depending on the flavor (80 for vanilla caramel and 90 for the fudge chip). A box from Costco will get you 12 cups but really, that’ll go comically fast. A first for Costco―you’re not getting enough to last a long time!
Seeds of Change Organic Quinoa and Brown Rice with Garlic and Lentils
A fiber rich, protein packed meal that you can heat up for lunch in 90 seconds. That’s bonkers! It even costs $2.50 per meal. You can’t even sneeze at a cheeseburger at McDonald’s for that kind of price. Costco manages to do a lot but the little things are what add up. By stocking this Seeds of Change dish, which combines fluffy quinoa and hearty brown rice with savory garlic and lentils, they’re showing that they truly take care of us.
Bubbies Mochi Ice Cream, Blood Orange, Strawberry & Passion Fruit
Bubbies mochi ice cream hasn’t been in Costco for a bit, so it’s nice to see its return. Mochi ice cream is the ideal thing to keep in your freezer for both big and small occasions. You can bring it out at a party which is a rarity for any ice cream. The mochi will keep it semi-frozen for awhile before they’re all snatched up. Then comes the benefit of having these for a sweet treat to end your night.
Ka’Chava Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake
Ka’Chava’s meal replacement shakes have been available at Costco for a bit. But this new 20 serving bag is now in stores―so you can finally get it without ordering online. Each serving contains 25g of plant-based protein and 6g of fiber, so you’ll be able to have a convenient meal that’ll actually provide some nutrition as well. Not a bad deal.
