El Pollo Loco Just Introduced New Menu Items For Summer (And The Return Of A Fan Favorite)

I don’t know about you, but I love me some El Pollo Loco. Now, I don’t have it often because I don’t live near a location anymore, but whenever I go to California, it’s a must-have. That said, they’ve recently introduced new menu items for summer and brought back a fan favorite. Spoiler alert: If you like black beans, then you’ll be a happy camper.

El Pollo Loco’s New Summer Menu Items

For the summer, El Pollo Loco has added four new items including three kinds of loaded quesadillas and three Chatacoffees. If you’re a caffeine-enthusiast, then you’ll need to get your hands on the latter ASAP.

Loaded Quesadillas ― You’ll find two loaded quesadillas including the Queso Loaded Quesadilla and the Street Corn Loaded Quesadilla.

The Queso Loaded Quesadilla ― Warm and cheesy queso blanco and tortilla strips alongside the brands signature creamy cilantro sauce. Personally, I love cilantro (no soap taste here!)

Street Corn Loaded Quesadilla ― Corn and red peppers, crumbled cotija cheese and chili lime seasoning with creamy chipotle sauce.

Chatacoffee ― Classic iced coffee and sweet & creamy Mexican-style Horchata with cinnamon and vanilla. A must-have for those sweet coffee lovers.

Chatacoffee Cream ― Classic iced coffee with sweet and creamy Mexican-style Horchata topped with a smooth layer of sweet cold foam.

Iced Coffee Cream ― Classic iced coffee topped with a smooth layer of sweet cold foam. There’s nothing wrong with a plain iced coffee to enjoy alongside your quesadilla.

El Pollo Loco’s BBQ Black Beans Are Back

No Mexican cuisine is complete without beans and El Pollo Loco has brought back the beloved BBQ black beans for summer. These deliver a smoky flavor with each bite to enhance your meal and really pack a punch. These will only be around for a limited-time, so you’ll want to get your hands on them before they’re gone.

When Is The Summer Menu Available?
