Ordering BWW From GrubHub Could Get You A Free Couch

A couch isn’t usually something that gets added to a takeout order. Wings? Absolutely. Fries? Of course. A brand-new Lovesac couch? That’s a first.

But somehow, that’s exactly the kind of surprise that’s showing up this week. One food delivery order could end with dinner on the table and something much bigger arriving a few days later. It’s one of those promotions that sounds completely made up—until it isn’t.

A Couch Is Officially On The Menu

Grubhub has delivered plenty of unexpected things over the years, but this might be the first time a sofa has made the menu.

On Friday, July 10th, from 2:00PM until 11:59PM ET, Grubhub customers who spend at least $35 on Buffalo Wild Wings can add a special item called “Side of Couch” to their order. The wings will arrive like any normal delivery, but the couch won’t show up in the same bag. Instead, adding the item automatically enters eligible customers for a chance to win a brand-new Lovesac couch. According to the companies, 26 winners will be selected as a nod to the 2026 FIFA World Cup and their couches will arrive before the final match on July 19th.

I’d say it’s a pretty smart idea. Great wings make a watch party better and a comfy place to sit doesn’t hurt either.

Buffalo Wild Wings Is Going All In On At This World Cup

If it feels like Buffalo Wild Wings has been celebrating soccer all summer, that’s because it has. The sports bar chain recently rolled out a special Matchday Menu filled with globally inspired Heinz dipping sauces, including flavors like Peri Peri, Yuzu Wasabi, Creamy Chimichurri, Smoky Elote, Sweet Curry, and Maple Sweet Chili. There are also themed drinks, beer towers, and plenty of shareable snacks made for game day gatherings.

Buffalo Wild Wings has another big promotion waiting in the wings, too. If Team USA wins the tournament final, Buffalo Wild Wings will give away free six-piece orders of traditional or boneless wings during a special redemption event on August 3rd.

Now, instead of just rewarding fans with free food, the chain is giving a few lucky customers the chance to upgrade their entire living room.

One Day Only

This isn’t one of those deals that hangs around for weeks. The “Side of Couch” offer is available only on Friday, July 10th, giving fans less than 10 hours to place a qualifying order. Even if most customers won’t end up with a new couch, this has to be one of the funniest (and coolest) things ever added to a food delivery cart.
