GHOST Skipped Past Pina Colada For This New Hydration Drink

GHOST is getting ready to launch a new bottled hydration drink with fitness creator Sydney Cummings and the name alone sounds like it will become a poolside workout companion for many.

Say hello to GHOST Hydration Drink x Sydney Cummings “Mango Colada.” GHOST confirmed the launch through its social media, with a fast-approaching release date, but it’s only for the U.S. market. 

Mango Gets The Colada Treatment

The upcoming drink is the latest addition to GHOST’s ready-to-drink Hydration lineup. The brand’s bottled Hydration products are filled with electrolytes, vitamins and minerals, with GHOST describing the drinks as zero-sugar hydration options.

Mango Colada is actually the first new bottled GHOST Hydration flavor since ’Merica Pop arrived in June 2025. It’s like GHOST focused all of its energy on its Energy drinks and forgot about Hydration drinks until now.

While we don’t know how it tastes yet, the Strawbango flavor with fresh strawberry, sweet and sour mango, and citrus notes is the closest thing it might taste like in the GHOST Hydration pack.

Sydney Cummings Gets Her Own GHOST Flavor

The new Hydration Drink is part of a larger collaboration between GHOST and Sydney Cummings, a popular fitness creator and longtime GHOST collaborator.

Mango Colada is not stopping with Hydration, either. The flavor is also being used across several other upcoming GHOST products, including Legend pre-workout, Clear Whey and Greens.

So fans who really like the new flavor can build a whole Mango Colada supplement lineup around it.

The collaboration follows previous work between Cummings and GHOST. The pair have teamed up on other products and flavors before, including the Count Chocula Whey Protein, which was launched in October 2025. So this is another chance for the fitness creator to put her spin on the brand’s lineup.

Other Hydration Flavors

Anyone who has wandered through GHOST’s Hydration lineup knows the brand does not shy away from big flavors. The current selection includes options such as Kiwi Strawberry, Welch’s Grape, Strawbango, Orange Squeeze, and ’Merica Pop.

The new Mango Colada contains the same amount of electrolytes as the other GHOST hydration drinks, with ingredients such as vitamin C, potassium, calcium, and magnesium. GHOST also markets the product as caffeine-free and zero sugar.

It’s Almost Here

The GHOST Hydration Drink x Sydney Cummings “Mango Colada” launches on Wednesday, August 19th at 12PM CT. The release is currently listed as U.S.-only, but maybe with time it will expand to other countries.

While many people are still waiting to know how exactly GHOST’s Mango Colada tastes, many GHOST fans are just happy there’s a new flavor to look forward to.
