You might remember from last week that Clementine’s Ice Cream came out with a limited-edition collection inspired by Edgar Allan Poe. That was super epic and now they’ve upped the ante for the holidays with a new collection that’ll get you into the spirit. Enter: the Holiday Cookie Exchange Collection.

If you’re anything like me, then making holiday cookies is one of the best parts of the season. I’m a sucker for a solid sugar cookie, especially the Pillsbury ones with the reindeer and Santa Claus. Honestly, if there’s a cute holiday cookie involved, I’m already sold. Now, combine cookies and ice cream and you’ve got me hooked for life as a customer.
What Is Clementine’s Holiday Cookie Exchange Collection?
The Holiday Cookie Exchange Collection is back for a second year and was inspired by the tradition of doing a cookie swap during the holidays, but this time with handcrafted ice cream flavor instead.
The collection has features the following flavors:
- Lia’s Gingerdoodle: Ginger cinnamon snickerdoodle cookie chunks in spiced white chocolate ice cream. Basically, all the warm, cozy cookie vibes in ice cream form.
- Sophie’s Vanilla Bean: Vanilla bean shortbread in a sweet cream ice cream.
- Nellie’s Knock Out Bar: A brown sugar ice cream with homemade chocolate chip cookie dough and a peanut butter praline ripple. If you’re a peanut butter-and-chocolate person, this one sounds like it’s calling your name.
- Buttercrunch Matzo: Matzo cracker coated in chocolate and toffee in brown butter ice cream. It’s giving sweet, salty, buttery, crunchy—basically, all the good stuff.
