The Best Aldi Breakfast Finds Of 2026 (So Far)

I think what I love most about Aldi’s breakfast creations is that they don’t let norms dictate the direction they go in. They’re really out here just letting some mad lad put together the most unhinged creations that somehow work. And I tell you what. We’ll be here every month to appreciate their hard work.

We cannot get enough of the stuff. It’s been such a wild ride that I thought it was important to go over some of the best Aldi breakfast finds we’ve seen so far this year. Here they are, in one spot just for you to enjoy.

L’oven Fresh Brown Sugar Overnight Oats Bread

We really started off the year strong. In January, Aldi gave us the conundrum that is “overnight oats bread.” We’re still not quite exactly sure why they couldn’t just make a loaf of bread with notes of brown sugar and blueberry and not get all weird with the name, but they did and here we are. They gave us a nice way to start our mornings off with a warm slice of toasted bread instead of gloopy, cold overnight oats.

Breakfast Best Stuffed Waffles

Aldi’s actually given us a few of these stuffed waffles this year. In February, they went a little crazy with Turducken style stuffed waffles: chicken sausage, egg, and reduced fat cheddar as well as bacon, egg, and reduced fat cheddar stuffed maple brioche waffles. Those were apparently too whacky for the average customer considering their next versions were more tepid flavors of apple cinnamon or blueberry stuffed waffles in June.

Breakfast Best Sausage & Gravy Biscuit Bites

One brave person stood up one day and declared there should be a Pizza Roll option for breakfast. Thus the Breakfast Best sausage and gravy biscuit bites were born. These beauties are made with flaky biscuit dough for the outer shell. History was made when these were given to us in March of this year. You really love to see it.

Breakfast Best Breakfast Bites French Toast Meatballs

I really don’t know what is the pinnacle of the whacky breakfast options Aldi comes up with. Before this, I would have said it’s the French toast meatballs they’ve given us twice this year actually. I guess one batch of them wasn’t enough. That being said, now that all the breakfast finds from the year are lined up, it really does make it hard to declare one to be the winner. For now, I’ll just heat up my breakfast meatballs so they’re ready for my morning bowl of spaghetti.

Breakfast Best Pumpkin Spice Waffles

The most shocking Aldi breakfast option of all. An actually normal food! What a twist. Aldi is not strong enough to resist the call for a food brand to release pumpkin spice flavored foods. To fit the breakfast theme, they gave us these Breakfast Best pumpkin spice waffles in August. While I do think their timing needs a little work, I’ll give them a pass considering they have a lot on their plate.
