And this month, the Margarita of the Month is the latter. Chili’s is bringing back a flavor that we haven’t tasted or seen in restaurants since February 2026: the StrawEddy Margarita.

Chili’s Is Bringing Back the StrawEddy Margarita This Month

Chili’s StrawEddy Margarita is a fan favorite thanks to its tart yet sweet combination of strawberry and lemon mixed with those classic margarita ingredients. The drink is made with Lunazul Blanco Tequila, Deep Eddy Lemon Vodka, Strawberry Pureé, and house-made sour mix.

This margarita hits all of the right notes: It’s tangy, it’s fruity, and it’s served ice cold with a citrus sugar rim and a lemon wedge. It’s like your favorite strawberry sweet and sour candy, if you will.

The StrawEddy Margarita is available at Chili’s restaurants starting Monday, November 2 through the end of the month. You can order the limited-time flavor from your local restaurant from open to close (so yes, you can absolutely wake up with a StrawEddy Margarita if you’re rolling out of bed at 11 AM this month).
