Each week at Crumbl, we expect a certain theme to present itself as a through-line between all of their cookies and flavors. But this week, the only consistency we have between each of the different flavors is inconsistency. From confetti cheesecake to caramel apple cookies, a wide variety of atypical desserts is available. And hey, we’re not complaining since some of the things we see at Crumbl can be a bit monotonous from flavor to flavor. This week, we have an abundance of choice.

But there’s a lot to consider and a lot to look through, so we’re here to break down the full menu for you. So without further ado, this is everything on the Crumbl Cookie menu this week.
The Full Cookie Lineup
- Scoopable Cookie Dough — If you’re one of the people who are attracted to Crumbl because of the simple fact that they intentionally underbake their cookies for that extra ooey-gooey quality, this is going to be perfect for you. This ultra-gooey, warm, baked scoop of cookie dough is served with ice cream-inspired vanilla bean mousse. The cookie dough itself seems to just be a different form factor of their standard chocolate chip cookies made with brown sugar dough, semi-sweet chocolate chunks, and milk chocolate chips.
- Strawberry Heart Cake — Like I said folks, this menu is a bit all over the place. And while we can’t necessarily understand how this cake plays into any kind of theme, I think we can still expect it to be delicious – that is, if you like strawberry. The fluffy strawberry cake is topped with a piped pink strawberry cream cheese frosting. Each component of this cake is made with their housemade strawberry jam.
- Confetti Cake Batter Cheesecake — The more we think about it, the more we’re beginning to think that the through-line between these flavors is just all things good and jolly. Because honestly, what could radiate more joy than a cake batter-inspired cheesecake. The cake batter cheesecake itself is littered with rainbow sprinkles and set on top of a crunchy gold crust. Of course, it is topped with some freshly whipped cream and more rainbow sprinkles for a truly celebratory feel.
- Brookies & Cream Cookie ft. OREO® — Brookies have long been popular in the food trend space, and the version that includes whole Oreos layered between the brownie batter and cookie dough have become a standard edition to the conversation. Crumbl is simply making these trendy sweets easier to come by. Crumbl’s signature chocolate chip cookie dough and fudgy brownie batter sandwich the beloved Oreo cookies for a single serving of one of the most internet-famous treats.
- Sea Salt Toffee Skillet Cookie — This cookie takes a toffee cookie dough, bakes it, and tops it with vanilla bean mousse and drizzles of chocolate and caramel. For an even more indulgent finish, it has extra bits of crushed toffee on top and a good sprinkling of flaky sea salt. If you are a fan of a Heath bars or Daim bars, then this is just one of those candies translated into a cookie format.
- Frozen Hot Chocolate Cookie — Now that Halloween has passed us by, we are certainly expecting to see more holiday flavors coming through Crumbl’s rotating flavor circuit, and this Frozen Hot Chocolate Cookie sounds like a good place to start. This cookie layers a rich chocolate cookie dough with hot cocoa-inspired chocolate mousse and mini marshmallows as garnish. To represent more of that “frozen” hot chocolate quality, it is served chilled.
- Caramel Apple Cookie — While some people have firmly declared that November 1 begins the start of the Christmas season, we haven’t quite given up on autumn flavors just yet. And, caramel apple is potentially the most essential all flavors — aside from pumpkin pie, of course. Crumbl designed this cookie with a cinnamon apple cookie dough, a caramel cream cheese frosting, pieces of fresh grannysmith apple, a drizzle of caramel, and a sprinkling of streusel for garnish. Served warm, we can only imagine this cookie emulates the flavors of an apple pie à la mode.
- Chocolate Chip Cookie — Of course, returning to the menu this week is the chocolate chip cookie. Crumbl utilizes a brown sugar cookie dough, semi-sweet chocolate chunks, and milk chocolate chips to create theirs.
- Pink Sugar Cookie — Returning to the menu this week after a brief resting period last week is the iconic Pink Sugar Cookie. Honestly folks, we didn’t really know that Crumbl would ever remove it from the menu. So if this cookie is something you’re a fan of, then you might want to snag one whilst we’re certain it’s still here. The tender almond cookie is topped with a swoop of silky, pale pink almond frosting.
- Chocolate Chip Cookie Thin — The all-new Crumbl Value Menu is continuing this week, and while it is mostly made up of dirty sodas this one cookie is available as well. The caramelized edges and gooey center are broken up by semi-sweet chocolate chips.
