Already planning your Costco haul for the month ahead? We are, too—and I’m going to fill up my cart with plenty of snacks, sips, and easy meals on my next visit.

While there are plenty of new arrivals and always-in-stock favorites to browse at your local Costco (and online) for August, I’m looking for staples I can reach for when I need a satisfying bite and plenty of flavor. Whether you’re planning out your weekly meals or prepping to pack lunches five days a week, these are the items we’re already scoping out ahead of our next shopping trip.

Chomps Chomplings Original Turkey Mini Sticks

I’m a die-hard Chomps fan (and no, it’s not purely because of the current protein-packed food trend). Not only are they a super tasty snack, but they’re also great at satisfying hunger fast. Plus, I love that each variation on these meat sticks is flavorful and made with good-for-you ingredients—minus added nitrates and allergens.

Costco is now selling a miniature version of the classic Chomps: Chomplings Original Turkey Mini Sticks. These pint-sized sticks are a smaller serving than the original, but in my opinion that only makes them more snack-worthy. Plus, if you have hungry kids at home, these 35-calorie minis are just the right size for lunches or on-the-go snacks, no refrigeration required.

Twice Baked Cinnamon Filled Croissants

If you haven’t been to your local Costco lately, you’re going to want to head straight to the bakery for a freshly-made goodie: Twice Baked Cinnamon Filled Croissants. I have yet to spot them in my store, but based on how much Reddit is waxing poetic about these new croissants, they’re on my must-buy list.

The Twice Baked Cinnamon Filled Croissants are a new addition, and they’ve started popping up across the U.S.—and the initial reviews claim they’re really good. Some even consider them so tasty that they’re downright dangerous. As a coffee cake fan, I know I’m not going to be able to pass these up!

GHOST Hydration Drink Variety Pack

You, like me, are likely already well-acquainted with GHOST’s line of energy drinks for a tasty caffeine boost. But I have yet to try the beverage brand’s Hydration Drink line, which is a better-for-you way to up your daily hydration. Think Gatorade, but with zero sugars.

GHOST Hydration Drinks are packed with electrolytes, vitamins, and minerals instead of caffeine, and they come in an array of must-try flavors. This multi-pack from Costco includes five bottles each of three flavors: Welch’s Grape (yes, just like the iconic juice!), Strawbango, and ‘Merica Pop. The 16.9oz bottles don’t include any artificial flavors and they’re an especially great pick post-workout or after sports.

Snickers Satisfying Mix Variety Pack

Okay, I’m a total sucker for Snickers in any form, and this variety pack from Costco is calling my name. I love having candy on hand and Snickers bars offer a well-rounded option (I like to think the peanuts inside each candy are a perfectly acceptable form of protein, since I’ve been known to eat a Snickers for breakfast now and then). This pack? It’s got everything a Snickers fan could want.

Each box of this Costco variety pack includes 12 Snickers, with three bars of each flavor: your classic Snickers, Peanut Butter Snickers, and Xtreme Snickers. Now, don’t judge me when you catch me pulling these out of my freezer all August long.

Olipop Mini Soda Variety Pack

Olipop is one of the original prebiotic- and probiotic-packed sodas, and Costco just introduced a new version: the Olipop Mini Soda Variety Pack. I love a tiny soda, and these tiny cans deliver just the right amount—plus 3 grams of fiber, so you know every sip has an added benefit. It’s the Olipop you know and love, just in smaller doses.

Each of the 7.5oz 15 cans included in this Costco variety pack is just 25 calories, vegan, and gluten-free. And you’ll only get 3 to 4 grams of sugar per serving, too. Plus, it includes a flavor I can never pass up: Orange Cream. But you’ll also get cans of Strawberry Vanilla and a fall-ready Crisp Apple, too.
