Thanksgiving is right around the corner which means we have a lot of food to gather! Between the many Thanksgiving meals ahead, leftovers to facilitate from said meals, and the myriad of holiday work potlucks that are on the horizon, this is a job for Costco. Their bountiful land of bulk foods to choose from are our only hope. Here are five of the foods that we’ll be buying at Costco this month to make sure all mouths around are adequately fed!

The Little Potato Company Fresh Creamer Potatoes
Homemade mashed potatoes might be my favorite trick for an elevated Thanksgiving meal. You can taste a true difference between store bought but it’s also something that’s easy to throw together. Grab a bag of Little Potato Company’s fresh creamer potatoes and let them boil on a back burner while you finish up the rest of the cooking. Then just mash them up, throw a mega-ton of cream and butter in, and serve them up!
Complete Gourmet Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner
I try to shy away from online-exclusive deals at Costco to keep the magic of shopping in person alive. This is a rare exception. Costco’s come out with their own full Thanksgiving meal to rival Sam’s Club’s. Costco streamlines it by not letting you choose what you’re getting. One click will send a plethora of food including mains, sides, and dessert that can feed up to eight people for $200.
Beecher’s “World’s Best” Mac & Cheese
I have a negative response when any product or restaurant calls themselves the “world’s best.” Which is why it genuinely pains me to admit that Beecher’s claims that this mac and cheese is the world’s best isn’t far off. Though it got second place in our frozen mac and cheese ranking, it wasn’t far off from first place. Inside this dish you’ll find sharp white cheddar, plenty of paprika, and penne pasta? Okay, I can see why they didn’t nab the first spot in our taste test.
Stove Top Turkey Stuffing Mix
Costco has another one of our favorite foods in stock! What are the freaking odds? Oh, it’s probably because we’re so good at our jobs. This turkey stuffing mix from Stove Top really impressed us in our quest to find the best boxed stuffing. You can taste the turkey drippings in these bread bits. It’s the real deal. It’s buttery, fluffy, and available in a six-count pack at Costco!
Dessert Italiano Tiramisu Cups
Truthfully, any flavor of cute little dessert cup that you can always find in the Costco deli section that was for sale at the moment was going to be recommended here. It just so happens that my favorite of the dessert cups, tiramisu, is in season. I’m absolutely tickled by the idea of keeping these on hand for Thanksgiving. You can either pass them out for an easy dessert or send them off with a spoon and any leftovers if the evening’s dragging on too long.
