The back-to-school season is here, which means alarm clocks are back, lunchboxes are back, and somehow everyone is expected to function before 8AM. If you’re looking for one small thing to make those early mornings a little more bearable, 7-Eleven has a handful of food deals worth checking out.

For a limited time, participating 7-Eleven, Speedway, and Stripes locations are offering discounts on everything from donuts to breakfast wraps, with some deals lasting through August.
$1 Glazed Donuts
The biggest bargain of the bunch is a $1 glazed donut from the 7-Eleven Bakery. The offer is available to 7Rewards and Speedy Rewards members, and spending a buck for breakfast (or, let’s be real, a mid-morning snack) is pretty hard to beat. This is the real standout here.
Plus Some Other Deals
If you’re after something a little more substantial than a donut, there are a few other deals depending on which restaurant concept is inside your local store.
At participating Laredo Taco Company locations, quesadillas are just $3 all day. Each one comes with Monterey and Colby Jack cheeses tucked inside a flour tortilla, plus your choice of protein before it’s grilled until golden. Three bucks for a hot quesadilla isn’t a bad deal, whether you’re grabbing breakfast or convincing yourself it’s an acceptable lunch.
Meanwhile, participating Speedy Café locations are running a buy one, get one free deal on grilled breakfast wraps. The wraps come in classic breakfast combinations like Bacon, Egg & Cheese and Sausage, Egg & Cheese, making this one an easy option if you’re feeding two people―or just really hungry.
If your local 7-Eleven has a Raise the Roost, you’ll find a few breakfast biscuit specials there, too. You can grab a sausage biscuit with hash browns for $3, two chicken biscuits for $5, or two sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits for $7.
What To Know Before You Go
The catch? Not every 7-Eleven has the same restaurant brands, so the deals available will depend on your location. The promotions also have different end dates. The quesadilla deal runs from August 2nd through August 7th, while the breakfast wrap and biscuit offers continue through August 25th. The $1 glazed donut offer is also only available to 7Rewards and Speedy Rewards members at participating stores.
None of these offers are exactly groundbreaking, but if you’re already stopping at 7-Eleven for coffee on the way to work or school, they’re an easy way to spend a little less on breakfast. And even if you’re long past your school days, I’d argue a $1 glazed donut is still one of the better ways to soften the blow of an early morning.
Whether you’re racing to first period, heading into the office, or simply trying to survive another weekday before your coffee kicks in, these deals might be worth a detour.
